Las piscinas y el sauna

Cuando hice la reservación.. al pagar con la tarjeta me cobraron el 5.9 % extra por lo cual el precio es más alto que el de referencia de bokin.. el aire acondicionado goteaba y me resvale y me caí, nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 personas para una semana , no había ni una esponja ni jabón para lavár un plato, ni una bolsa para basura.. lo más terrible de todo que afuera de los apartamentos nos asaltaron y nos robaron todo, efectivo, celular, tarjetas, mi viaje fue triste.. me sentí tan insegura y vulnerable.

Facilities and staff were outstanding.

The booking description is not clear when it talks about SUPERIOR apartments, one cannot imagine that they are on the NOISY road. Before paying for the reservation, we asked the hostess if the apartment had a view of the pool or the beach and she answered YES. Not only is it noisy because of the cars and motorcycles, but one of the nights there was a scandal with an American Mr and "two ladies." Curiously, the security guard did NOT do anything and did NOT register the incident in the logbook. I asked to be moved to a less noisy place and offered to pay more for the change, but the hostess ignored it.

Apartments are top notch, in a good location, by the beach. The pools are great as well.

The bulding is very nice, the apartment too, the acceses to the beach is great. the secuirty and facilities for kids is excelent.

the only bat thing was the fridge, froze everthing foods and was very noisy.

Location, too many rules of the owner like no bringing guests. What nonsense?? Why can't I bring u guest I am paying for the apartment

the pools and beach everything in the same place, very secure!! totally recommend 100% the views the hammocks the apt has everything you have at home …
