very quiet, Assisi was 10 minutes by car, host was kind and generous. would definitely go back.

After taking day trips coming back to the pool was excellent, and the view of Siena was an added bonus. On several occasions we were offered grapes, figs, and tomatoes from the garden.

Our accommodations was split between the entrance to the stair well that you needed to entire the complex.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment close to Assisi. Lovely pool. Secure parking. Kind host.

Perfect location-not far from Assisi, but you feel like at the countryside. Very quite. 2 nice houses with 4 apartments (all together). Very nice host. Big, clean apartment with AC. Nice garden and pool, which has never been crowded. Good wifi. I can really recommend this place for people, who want to relax and sightsee from the other side. A few minutes drive to the nearest exit of the motorway makes it easy. Many interesting towns and nature in one hour distance (Umbria, Tuscany, Lazio). Restaurants and supermarket in the neighbourhood.

I booked this as a gift for my parents and they were very satisfied. Accommodation was really beautiful, in a beautiful setting, near Assisi, qiet and peaceful. Kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owner was from the start smooth and easy. Thanks for everything❤

Absolutely wonderful stay. The owner was fantastic and very helpful, the pool is gorgeous, the setting is amazing and the views are stunning. Couldn’t fault the stay. We had our two children with us and they loved it.

Nice clean quiet place with Assisi panorama.

Would be very nice to find some cofe or tea as usual in other similar places in Italy. Does not cost almost nothing, but very pleasant. Weak internet.
