Room was very nice. lots of space. big closets. intended for longer vacations. everything was clean. wellness area is beautiful. the town is very nice. everything is clean and people are nice.

breakfast is not that good. not many things to choose and everything is always cold. also there is small window when they serve breakfast. the other thing is almost no one knows english so the conversations are a strugle.

Location is amazing, near to lake as well as to the shops and cafes Lovely spa, a lot of saunas, the swimming pool is warm and full of equipment. There are additional towels and sheets for sauna right at the spa entrance. Furthermore, the lilt goes right to the spa Nice breakfast Welcoming and friendly stuff The room is spacious and light, the balcony is also clean The hotel is pet friendly

There were 3 bugs in the room Empty minibar (only water) No lobby bar/restaurant No slippers for spa The coffee for breakfast is poor quality Room is opened with bunch of keys that is not convenient, standard electronic card is easier to keep You have to take key for the parking gate

We only stayed one day but I got the feeling of a modern hotel, where the rooms are spacious, have a clean design and the location is very good. Breakfast, without dazzling, is acceptable. Nothing was missing. There was bread, jam, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt. The staff, although with some difficulty in communicating in English, were always helpful. We didn't use the pool but unfortunately there was no time.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not excellent. We could hear perfectly the people in the hallway walking by or in the next room if they made a more loud noise. It's the only point to review. Otherwise, nothing to point out

The big terrace and the kindness of the staff.

The panoramic view was not satisfactory, the breakfast was weak, coffee was terrible. One of the pillows on the bed was used before, so we had to ask for a change. Also the plastic bathroom glasses were dirty, also needed cleaning.

The hotel was just lovely. Our room was huge and sparkling clean. The staff was friendly. The spa was amazing! Well designed and so relaxing. I was especially impressed by all of the little extra touches: additional towels and plenty of hooks to hang them, fresh water for hydrating, they even had a little shelf to put your eyeglasses. I also really appreciated that everything was hypoallergenic, not washed in strong detergents or fabric softeners. (Which is super important to me as these often trigger my allergies.) There was also plenty of storage space for luggage, toiletries, etc. Really well planned space. Great location, too. Centrally located and walking distance to the thermal lake. Excellent value for the money. We will definitely be back. 🙂

The bed was too soft for us (we prefer a firmer mattress), but otherwise comfortable. The breakfast was adequate (nothing special, just fine), but the coffee was not good. Nespresso only, nothing freshly brewed. Definitely recommend getting the tea instead. Otherwise, everything was just perfect.

Tha spa

Extremely hard uncomfortable beds. The breakfast that you have to choose between some menues and get what you want and what you don't want,, so a lot of unnecessary waste and not very tasteful. Way to the spa between shops and hairdresser.

The room was great, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast also great and the wellness center was incredible. We did a massage which was excellent and the people from the staff were very helpful. totally worth it!

pretty modern building, with a nice spa, and simpilistiv and nice, also really clean, so for all the clean freaks like me you’ll be comfortable in contrary to older building hotels since it’s just really new (the building)

Love the ladies on the reception :-) and everybody there smiling, making the day comfortable. Very high standard, nothing to complain. Great area.
