Very close to the beach, just one road back. Five minutes walk to a good swimming spot. David, the proprietor is brilliant and very accommodating.

The road is busy and can be noisy.

Location was great, we had two separated rooms with two bathrooms and terase.. great, wery clean with everything you need and realy realy close to the ocean. And also manager was so soooo nice. If you want to go to porto, you should go to this apartments :)

David our host was very helpful and hospitable. The apartment is well equipped and laid out in a great location just a short walk to the beach and close to all amenities.

It's not overly spacious. But absolutely big enough for a family of 3 to 4 people for a week or two.

There are a few things that really makes this apartment stand out from the rest. David was a great host and elaborately informed us about all the things that we could do around Porto. The apartment was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.

The studio apartment was air conditioned, spotlessly clean and spacious enough for the two of us. We had a very comfortable stay and the location was perfect with a choice of regular buses into Porto. There was sufficient kitchen equipment to prepare basic meals and a "breakfast bar" to sit at to eat them. The bathroom/shower was modern and efficient. Lovely bath towels and bed linen were provided, as were beach towels and windbreaks. Our very kind and helpful host, David, met us with the keys and gave us a quick introduction to the apartment and surrounding area. We were allowed to leave luggage on check out day ahead of our evening flight and were met again to collect it. David was very prompt to reply to messages ahead of our arrival and we felt secure that there was someone to hand should we need assistance.

There was nothing to dislike at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Other guests may want to be aware that the balcony is very small and, although there was a table and chairs outside it was a bit of a squeeze! There is a microwave and two ring hob but no oven.

The place is amazing! It is located just in front of the ocean in a very beautiful but quiet area. To get to the city centre is easy and through a beautiful road (alone the ocean). The interior is chic, very stylish and preserving the beautiful ceiling of the XIX century. The balcony is perfect to take a glass of wine or coffee. Everything you might need is in the apartment, very well organised. The service and communication are excellent too.

David and his wife are so welcoming and took the time to point out areas, walks, restaurants and museums that we would enjoy.

Very spacious, and with two bathrooms as well as two bedrooms. The location was excellent, and everything had been done with the comfort and enjoyment of the guests in mind. Very close to beaches, shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the historic centre of Porto on public transport.

Great location, just by the ocean and close to a bus stop. The host was really helpful. Great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, umbrellas etc.

Unfortunately the apartment's air conditioning was broken which ruined the entire stay. During a different time of the year, it would have been fine, however, the apartment is on a loud and busy street. We tried sleeping with the wooden shutters closed and the room became stifling hot and impossible to sleep. We tried leaving the windows open and then the sounds from the street and bright light also made it impossible to sleep. We also couldn't work there during the day as planned because of the noise from the street / when we tried closing up the apartment it became way too hot. We ended up having to use a cowork. The host said there was a fan in the apartment, but there was not one. I texted him every day for help and all he said was sorry, I am not in Porto. If we hadn't been so busy with work/preparing for our friend's wedding we would have booked a new accommodation. I think we only managed to sleep ~2-3 hours each night. We would NEVER book an apartment without AC. Had the AC worked the apartment would have been perfect. It is in a great location - assuming you can close the shutters at night and turn on the AC. Would have been greatly appreciated if the host had offered a solution, but he did not seem interested in helping, which was strange as he was very kind and helpful at check-in.

The warm welcome 💛 David is the best , friendliest host I ever met! The apartment is a dream everything was just perfect. I am definitely coming back to this beautiful place!
