Couldn't be better located for visiting Totnes: right in the centre, but in a quiet, tucked away position. Lovely garden and conservatory. Host extremely helpful and kind. For instance, provided us with champagne glasses and kept our bottle of fizz in the fridge, even though they sell their own champagne. We really nejoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary sipping fizz in the garden. She also took great care to cater to my gluten free diet, since I am Coeliac.

Very good breakfast. Very good choices and promptly served. The bedroom was attractive ,comfortable, spacious and very well appointed , with a very comfortable bed. The B&B is in an excellent location.
A separate lounge area would have been appreciated, but in good weather the garden would be a lovely place to relax.

Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Place was clean with lovely rooms. Comfy bed. Super shower and bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
Check out by 10am was rather early for us. We asked for a later check out and this was extended to 10.30am. ...could be they were short on staff for preparing the 10 rooms.

Julia and Mike were so welcoming and friendly, and gave lots of advice on local Taxi’s, restaurants and the area. also being very kind to let us check in early as we had an event booked for the afternoon. The location was brilliant, being only a few minutes walk into the centre of Totnes.

Amzing , the property is stunning, had the best welcome, very warm and friendly, even up graded me with no extra cost. wish I had the breakfast but the bed was to comfy. recommend it to anyone.

Very charming place with a nice authentic atmosphere, a beautiful garden, delicious breakfast and very welcoming guest.

Good breakfast. Great location. The terrace was a great addition.
The ‘family’ room was a little cramped with the additional single bed. It would have been better as a roomier double.
