The hotel was great, but the food was amazing.

Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, fast check in
The windows don't open very far, it gets a little noisy due to the hotel being right next to a church and in the middle of the city with lots of bars and restaurants. Also there's a cobblestone street right next to it.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city center, very nice area around the hotel.
In the pillow menu the Visco Green pillow would be the best choice!

The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfy and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Also the location is amazing!! Easy to reach (especially if you go to Fulda by train) and in close proximity to the Dom and Schlosspark!

My room was good size and well appointed. On a hot summer evening I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning. The breakfast selection is excellent and bar is a great place to start an evening.

towels of poor quality, quite low English knowledge, no one taking care of breakfast lounge.

Room cleaning didn’t go as normal 4 days without cleaning or changing towels
