New and spacious apartment, parking in the underground kept the car cool despite summer heat. The host is living on the spot, so she was nearly always available to offer any help needed. It was not close to center, so it was quite quiet at night.
The apartment is quite high over sea level (you go about 80m up during a 800m-walk), so walking to and from the beach is not recommended if You have health problems or small kids - then better use car on everyday basis.

The apartment was very close to the centre and easy can find everything around, markets, bars, clubs shops everything, it was a great choice for me.
The apartment has an amazing view from the balcony, the room was clean, spacious, well equipped, the hosts were very helpful, kind and what's more it values for money.

Kind and helpful owners, very clean apartment.Free coffee in the morning in the coffe shop nearby.
Additional utensils would be a plus. Big slope at the end of the street but the owners proposed a free lift by car.

Everything was great. The apartments are new, well equipped and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were very nice, just adorable. The Albanian breakfast tasty and fresh. I would definitely come back. Fully recommended.

We stayed for a weekend at the beautiful Residence Martin. What can I say, everything was perfect! Lola is one of the most amazing and welcoming hosts I have ever come across! The hospitality was unmatched, really makes you feel like youre at home.
The apartment was so so clean and amazing, the bed was REALLY comfortable, there were extra blankets, extra pillows, air-conditioner, the wifi was really fast, complimentary breakfast and coffees, a garage spot for your car, an elevator, your own private balcony, basically everything an apartment should have! The view from the apartment is even better than the pictures, you can see Vlora from a very picturesque view.
11/10 would recommend to others and we are definitely coming back again

Residence Martin is one of the best apartments in the Valona. The view from the balcony was the highlight of our staying. The room was nicely furnished and very clean but the best of all, the owner Eleonora and her family, expecally her sons Martin and Gary is nicest and kindest people, very helpful in any situation. My recomadations to everyone for the Residence Martin !

No toilet paper, no towels. Asked for breakfast at 10 oclock, but were woken up at 8 oclock(

Great view on the see.Very clean.
When i was booking it says that apartment is on highest floor and you can use elevator, which doesnt work.It has beautifull view on the see.If there is more than 5 cars no room for others.There is no garbage containers near the facility.

Everything - the view from the balcony, wi-fi connection was perfect, the space, surroundings. I'd definately recommend this place to anyone. It's just so great for remote working.
the access is a bit stip, but then even better for health

We stayed in a brand-new and very clean apartment on the fourth floor (in a building with elevator). The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the view of the city from the (large) balcony wonderful.
Everything was fine. Do use google maps to find the street though, our car gps did not find the place. Fortunately we met several very helpful locals who showed us the way.
