This was our 4th visit and always get a warm welcome from Robert who is an excellent host. Accommodation is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Great location. We will definitely be back.

Robert cooked myself and my wife a superb breakfast, and was also very helpful in suggesting restaurant that was good in Anstruther.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, the room was warm, comfortable bed and nice clean linen and towels. Property owners were very welcoming. The B&B was very close to the local restaurants and pubs.

This really is a beautiful property and combines traditional features with modern styling brilliantly. Robert was also a very cordial host and made sure we were well looked after, couldn't ask for more! And finally the breakfast was absolutely superb, real quality ingredients cooked to perfection!

Nothing really, I did think that it was a little bit expensive for a b&b but that being said we did book just a few days before and we did have an excellent stay

Brackness House is a beatiful B&B, but it's finest point is without doubt the lovely owners.

Robert and Catriona were excellent hosts and couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable. Room and bathroom were both comfortable and contemporary, yet the house communal areas still retains some of it's 19th century character. Games room and honesty boxes were also a great addition to our stay.

Our room was very small, for two people and luggage we were pretty cramped, tripping over each other

Robert and Catriona offered a variety of choices for breakfast. We opted for the full Scottish cooked breakfast which was made up of locally sourced produce. Robert and Catriona were friendly and offered places of interest to visit and local walks around the East Neuk.

An exceptionally good and enjoyable stay with my wife and son. The property is lovely, the breakfast superb, and the hospitality excellent. Thanks for the stay. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property and gardens, in a good location. We had the garden room, opening onto the beautiful garden. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio. Robert was very helpful and friendly, suggesting things to do and where to eat locally.

This was a lovely property with beautiful gardens and comfortable amenities but what really set this stay apart from other B&B stays was the warm East Neuk of Fife hospitality provided by the hosts, Robert & Catriona. We instantly felt welcomed and the small touches were abundant. Robert was a wealth of local knowledge and when we had a small problem with our car he was there to fix it. We would whole heartedly recommend Brackens House

This was a fantastic location for us to base ourselves while walking a section of the Fife Coastal Path. The house is extremely comfortable, our room and en-suite was absolutely superb and we felt right at home. Robert is a fantastic host who made us feel very welcome and looked after and fed us very well. His lovely breakfasts, which we were fortunate enough to eat outside in the beautiful sun trap garden, really set us up for a day of walking in this wonderful part of Scotland. We were only a few minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants, shops and bus stop so really handy for everything.

Honestly couldn’t find anything not to like here.
