The room was nice. Everything was very clean and in order, the security was good, there was a kettle and coffee, a fridge and AC in the room. Quiet street.
Bulgarians are not friendly. You are not welcomed. I also sent a message to the reception and asked if they could help me find the bus schedule to Varna (I was not able tp find out myself), I was going there the next morning. They didn’t even reply…
The balcony was shared with another room. I thought it was going to be a private balcony.
No mirror in the room. I had a room with a private external bathroom. It was very inconvenient having to lock yourself out of the room and into the bathroom and back just to fix your hair etc.
The location was not as good as I thought; it’s far from the old town.
The AC was noisy and impossible to use at night.

Shinny clean bedroom with nice balcony, comfortable bed and even free coffee available. Great location just around the corner of one the main commercial street. Staff is helpful and kind.

This property is in an excellent location. Directly between Nessebar old town and sunny beach. They are both walking distance. The neighbourhood right outside the door is lively with lots of shops and restaurants. The host is lovely and helpful and the place is spotless!!

Very Clean facility. Hostess is helpful and friendly. Near to of all attractions, restaurant, and beach. There is a good restaurant near the apartment called white rose, better to eat there than other resto. It is more cheap and food is amazing.

very clean and comfortable room with hot water and heating facilities . A nice good view from balcony overlooking the quaint views of Nessebar.
Was made to feel welcomed by friendly owner who made us feel at home and was extremely helpful . . would highly recommend. .

The accomodation has a nice location, multiple beaches are easily accessible by walking. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Area was quiet during the night. I was able to put my luggage in a locked room before checkin.
Before checkin I went to the place to drop my luggage and the man who eventually let me in was very rude and not welcoming at all. There was no spoon in the room even though kettle was there, so I had to ask for it.

with 12 people in a room. I didn’t expect mush for
20 euros, BUT
This place :
1. Perfect location - 10 meters from the
commercial pedestrian street, but not directly
on this street , so very quiet. Same time
not very far from Old town.
2. Great friendly welcoming.
3. Super clean.

for me.

The room was clean and big, there was a SmartTv at the room and air condition, also a balcony with a table and chairs. At the room there was also coffee/tea as a compliment from the host. It was very pleasant and comfortable guest house, close to the main street and the beaches. The host lady is amazing. She is so smiley, friendly and responsive. She provided us everything we asked for. When we have arrived she found a parking place for our car and we have checked in earlier. Also the last day she let us check out later and leave our car while we were at the beach. We go there for third year and we will definitely repeat. I recommend this place.
