Breakfast was OK. The main dining room is extremely busy in the morning and many of the buffet items (there was quite a wide variety) were finished and not being replaced. I found the tables and floor quite dirty which ruined my appetite.
As we were departing the hotel at 5 am in the morning, the hotel prepared a boxed breakfast for us which was very nicely packaged with coffee, yoghurt, fruit and pastries. Unfortunately there were no spoons, forks or napkins included!
The front office desk had very friendly and bi-lingual staff who were always ready to help. I did get irritated that my key card for my room had to be activated daily. And this was despite the fact that it was nowhere near my mobile phone which does affect its efficacy.
The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the showers have excellent pressure.
Housekeeping: Towels would be replaced on some days and others they wouldn't so that inconsistency was confusing. The shower mixers in the bathroom wouldn't regulate well so it would either be too hot or too cold. I needed to send something into the laundry and the laundry bag and form were missing from the closet. Eventually someone brought the bag.
It would also be useful to have at least one multi-lingual staff member at all the restaurants.

Despite a confirmed booking and double checking with the hotel, arrived and was advised the hotel was fully booked for our first night and we were moved to a sister hotel and back the next morning. Not convenient at all.

Bad smell in the corridor which is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. Bad smell=not clean

They gave us room with two separate beds. when I was booking room with king size bed. And also like everywhere there is problems with slippers and bathrobe.

The staff was very helpful, most particularly Christie at the reception. The food was fine and the cleaning staff was extremely efficient.
The internet connection was below my expectations. Lack of organized promotional tours from the hotel to the city.
