We loved this farm stay! Location was so beautiful and our rooms were clean, very comfortable and well thought out and presented. Romano was an awesome host, he was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel so relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Access to a fully equipped kitchen was a nice surprise. Amazing views from all sides. Spacious bathroom.

The distance from the nearest village is walkable but lengthy. You will have to drive and the narrow roads leading to the hotel can be tricky.

Stay in Nona Rosa was such a wonderful time and a great opportunity to relax. This is perfect place for couples, you can have great time just on hotel's tarrace, where breakfasts are served, and have a nice view over the Como Lake from above. The finishing touch is the owner Romano, who is very kind and customer-friendly.

Firstly, the welcome you receive from the wonderful host, who is so friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony with a view of the lake, which was just beautiful. You definitely need a car to stay here but the road up to the accommodation is well maintained and for the view you get, well worth it - we had no issues and parking at the property was plentiful. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked fabulous. Our room was cleaned daily and all towels and supplies were replaced - the room was immaculate. We thoroughly recommend this property, we spent 5 nights exploring Lake Como and found the whole experience very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you Romano for looking after us so well!

No sound isolation in the room… We could not sleep well because of music in the other room, disrespectful laughters, toilet-shower sounds.

Our host was very friendly and the breakfast was very comfortable. The environment was amazing, we were in the middle of the nature with picturesque view over the lake Como.

The next door guests were noisy, and due to the poor acoustics you could hear them before going to the bed/in the morning.

Extremely quiet and clean property with great view of the mountains and the lake - Romano (host) was super nice and welcoming. Despite being isolated you have a great choice of trattoria and osteria. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is simple but good

Road has quite a few tight turns (normal given the house is up in the mountains)

Everything. Our most favourite hotel in Italy. Location is high on hill with view of Lake Como. Nice size room. Delicious breakfast with his homemade salami. Clean, super clean. Choose a room with terrace although you need to pay more. It is worth it ! And Romano ? Top host I ever meet !!!

The owner romano, is one of the kindest and waem hearted person in the world!! he was so helpful, assisting in everything we needed, like a father. Clean Beautiful view private parking spacious modern and new book and you will never regret!

The location and the view is wonderful. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

Walls are super thin, you can hear everything.

Roman is an incredible host, gave us excellent recommendations for travel and food! We came off season so we had the whole place to ourselves and the location was great for us because we had a car.
