Le cadre de l’hôtel est très beau, les trullis sont magnifiques ainsi que les piscines et le côté nature.
La salle de bain était ultra petite et s’est retrouvée pleine d’eau après avoir pris une douche. Pas de miroir dans la salle de bain. Le miroir de la chambre était rempli de poussière. Pas de rideau dans la chambre et la lumière de dehors donne dans la chambre donc difficile de dormir correctement.

Le cadre exceptionnel...au calme dans les oliviers... 2 piscines utilisables même mi octobre ... la gentillesse du personnel.... Le restaurant pour manger sur place le soir ! Superbe séjour de 3 nuits !

Csodálatos vidéki szállás.Minden új,tiszta,illatos.Pont olyan,mint a képeken.2 medence,napozóágyak,gyönyörű kilátás a tájra.A reggeli az üvegházban,édes és sós ételekkel.Barátságos személyzet,kényelmes patkolás.A vacsora négány ételből válaszható,min tenger gyümölcsei spagettit ettünk(15,5 euro/fő).Ital :sör és üdítő 3 euro.Térerő nincs,csak wifi.
A környék felfedezésére tökéletes.

Situé au calme les chambres sont décorées avec goût
Assez loin d’Ostuni. Nous avons eu la chambre collée à la réception donc pas très romantique comme situation… Sur les photos la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que j’en attendais.

Instalaciones exteriores y el invernadero. Que nos cambiaran de habitación porque la que nos dieron era muy pequeña e incómoda.
No había cobertura de ningún tipo y no se avisó. El acceso muy complicado y mal señalizado (a más 1 km). La cama era incómoda.

Sfeer en lekker ontbijt in een soort serre. Er staan diverse zoet producten, verse taart en op verzoek maken ze een eitje of kun je een schaaltje met kaas en worst krijgen. Ze serveren 1 kopje koffie/thee bij het ontbijt. De ligging is leuk.
Personeel erg vriendelijk.
Bed was wat gammel. Er was geen waterkoker. Wel een koffiemachine maar slechts 2 capsules voor ons verblijf van 2 nachten.
De regendouche was fijn, maar het werd wel erg nat buiten de douche. Jammer dat er geen gratis waterflesje staat. Er is wel een minibar met enkele drankjes tegen betaling op de kamer.
1 zwembad was buiten gebruik ivm onderhoud. We hadden steeds problemen met het slot van de kamerdeur. Lastig te sluiten en voor het openen moesten we twee keer naar de receptie.
Kamers zeer gehorig.
De ligging is leuk, maar zeker in het donker lastig te bereiken over slechte donkere wegen. Dit nodigt niet uit om ‘s avonds nog op pad te gaan. De scherpe bocht naar de parkeerplaats is erg lastig te nemen.
Op het terrein is het vrij steil en veel trappetjes en grind.

Hier gaat het erom geld te verdienen, klanttevredenheid staat niet voorop! Avondeten is te duur voor wat het is! Prijs/ kwaliteit klopt niet!
Niet geveegd voor ingang naar de kamer! Ook was het zeer gehorig! Kon toiletgang van buren volgen…!

We stayed for one night as our other hotel we were staying for a week wasn't available for our first night. The location was good. The room was nicely decorated and clean.
Nobody spoke English which very much surprised us. They had to call someone on the phone to translate when we arrived. Breakfast was difficult when ordering as the lady didn't understand us, she did try but even just trying to order a cup of tea/coffee was difficult. Lucky there was a couple staying that were able to translate for us.
Our daughter also shared our room, the beds weren't very comfortable.

Poor wifi , wrong policies about the pool close hour (close at 17:30 ha when the sun is still up). The room didn’t have adequate elements on the bathroom ( no separation on the shower area, soap and towels no room to place it. The refrigerator didn’t cool enough.

The lovely greenhouse added a unique touch to the experience. However, I must admit that the restaurant's offerings were not as exciting as I had hoped for.
The breakfast was satisfactory for early risers, but disappointing for those who arrived later, as the options were quite limited.

I thought we would be in a trullo but it turned out not to be what I expected. Also the breakfast is quite poor and low quality, as well as self service and simple. There were yogurts and some fruits, and 2 or 3 different cakes which seemed to be baked onsite. Nothing else.

Friendly staff, swimming pool was nice though a little bit dirty - granted that this was close to sunset. The property was quite easy to find and spacious.
Wifi didn’t work on the first day unless sitting near the restaurant but then it worked afterwards.

Stunning accommodation and pool area in beautiful surrounds! Our room with own terrace overlooking pool, fabulous! Didn't want to leave!! Everything provided on request,eg wine glasses, kettle, corkscrew, cups! Meals on site wonderful(so we didn't have to leave)! Wonderful stay!!

We loved the restaurant, in a kind of greenhouse, with lovely subdued lighting on the tables for dinner, and good food.
Breakfast was varied and copious. Very friendly staff.

The place is beautiful and cozy. People are very friendly and willing to help. There are 2 pools, but in April was still too cold to swim even in the heated pool. The breakfast is good but no warm dishes except from boiled eggs. The room was big enough and clean, but way too cold in April, even the heating couldn’t warm the room sufficiently. Free parking at the hotel. Amazing views. Good wifi signal.

It seems that almost no one knows english around, the personnel i mean.
Very poor breakfast, with little choices. Egs, ham and cheese in all its forms, and some pies....that's all. Not even "verdura" (vegetables).

Beautiful glass walled room in an Olive tree orchard for breakfast but the best part of the stay was dinner with Roberta. Our meal and wine were fantastic. Thank you Roberta.

What a place. Absolutely stunning and fantastic! A nice, quiet spot (but we were there out of season - we're told is much more lively during season), with fantastic views in the middle of an olive grove. And that's not even the best part - the host is incredibly nice, treating you almost like family. To say that it's recommended is beside the point. Truly a magical place.

Staff were very accommodating, especially with our year old daughter.
The property is very remote, and seemed to be only one member of staff that spoke good English. If you need an airport transfer be sure to book this in advance with English speaking staff as there are not many taxi’s around this area.
We were left in a frantic struggle trying to arrange this the morning we had to leave as the English speaking member of staff was not around to help us.

The location was amazing!!! Great pool, peace and Saranity, the dinner at the restaurant was awesome and great staff to help with everything. It was pleasant, relaxing and actually one of my best accommodations ever!!! Didn’t want to leave
