mosquito was in the room and the reception has no anti spay for mosquito? very disturbing when you sleeping, the breakfast very poor selection> the villa very old and needs some upgrade and clean bathrooms

Easy access to most of the places, clean and good price. We stayed just for one night to continue to Ubud and it was a good choice.

Room is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Convenient location as it's walking distance to restaurants and entertainment places in the heart of Seminyak.
Some of the facilities in the hotel are old and worn out. Lights in the swimming pool weren't working, pool chairs were stained and mouldy. The management should look to refurnish it.

The room is huge and they offer a really nice breakfast on the rooftop.
All in all good value for the money.
The room is pretty dark and you can hear the cars/scooters and the others coming back late from partying. Not recommended for light sleepers.
Cleaniness is ok, the bathroom wasn't really clean and the sheets didn't smell the best.

- Small living caterpillar in the breakfast salad - insufficient hygiene.
- Small breakfast.
- When entering the room, I had to troubleshoot why some lights and the TV were not working.
- The power outlet extender was faulty and needed replacement. In one of the sockets, a connected device could get disconnected and had to be placed in a specific position. That's why the TV was not working in the beginning.
- The electric kettle needed replacement.
- One lamp was not working. Also, it was unsafe to touch because of wear off and small metal parts that could injure a person.
- Bathroom needed advanced cleaning. The staff does what they can, but some advanced cleaning was needed to remove old yellow dirt.
- The safe was broken and needed to be fixed.
- The sink faucet needed fixing because of calcium buildup.
- Erroneous instructions in the hotel book about several things.
- Constant water drops from the toilet.
- Insufficient power outlets in the room.

I like the building, it is quiet and off set from the main junction yet still a walking distance. Everything was clean!

AC in the room hardly worked.. inspite of getting it checked twice a day for consecutive three days it wasn’t rectified. we were told we will get a compensation for the inconvenience but received nothing.
