It was close to a bus stop, which made it very easy to get everywhere.

They need to put blackout blinds or any thicker blind on the windows. The lights from the building across the street fill your room with light all night long.

The location of this place is good. It's a 2 minute walk from major bus lines that take you to downtown Zurich. There's also a supermarket across the street which makes it very convenient to grab groceries and other items. The kitchenette area was convenient since it came with utensils and cookware that allowed us to prepare simple meals. The room was also nice and warm which was great since it was rainy and cold when we visited.

I know that noise comes with sharing walls with others, but the upstairs guests were awful. They were quiet during normal hours and would start getting rowdy and noisy from midnight all the way to the early morning (5 or 6am) when we were getting ready to head out. This noise continued for the next couple of days until the weekday when it quieted down a bit. I feel like part of this is poor insulation since we could hear everything, from the shower turning on to them talking. I recommend bringing earplugs or some other device if you're a light sleeper. The second aspect that we didn't like was how small the room was. We were a family of three with luggage and other items, so we felt this room was really too small for our needs. Additionally the beds weren't the most comfortable and would squeak or make other sounds everytime we turned or laid down.

The administrator very kind and helpful, rooms are fine. Small kitchen corner. Good location.

You should be able to wash and dry without payment. Rooms are cleaned just twice a week.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to the tram or bus stop, the city center, and a supermarket (COOP) with reasonable prices. You can get the key with the room number from the safe box and find the box easily. The room had three single-size beds, and the room was clean. We did not hear the noise from neighbors. There were a microwave, a stove, and dishes. The room was not so large but adequate for a small group. Overall, I believe the room provides good value for money.

I could not find a cutting board or a sharp knife for cooking, so I wondered how other guests cooked. Someone may feel that bed mattresses are too soft.

The apartment is in a beautiful building, the room is big enough, bathroom and kitchen OK. Nearby supermarkets, the lake, the Seefeld-district with hidden treasures and of course the connection with public transport is very easy ! Better book it for a short stay !

Cleaning is only done by asking, you also have to beg for towels and toiletpaper. After 1 week I asked for cleaning, staying for 20 days, afterwards my shopping bag was gone and my bottle eau de toilette was empty. I told the receptionist who suddenly didn't understand German, nor English or French (very convenient). Finally he gave me another shopping bag from the supermarket. 2 days before leaving they wanted to clean again, I refused as I didn't feel save anymore after the first experience. In 20 days we only saw a receptionist about 3 times. Nobody checked us in, I got no invoice nor a confirmation about the payment. You also hear all neighbours. This is great when they change their apartment every night between 23h and 2a.m. Poor service for what you pay.

Great location, easy to reach from central station. The tram and bus stops are in front. There is also a supermarkt in front of the residence. The Zurich Lake is just some minute walking. Fully recommended to stay in Zurich.

Check-in - no-one in reception & person on intercom struggled to communicate in English about our promised parking permits. There was a really helpful janitor though, who went out of his way to help us.

the room is big enough and very clean. the location is fine. it is close to lots of major places we plan to visit, there are in walking distance.

the parking is not convenient and very hard to find a spot. there are washers and dryer in this apartment, yet if you know how to use them! I was lucky to have some residents helped use the machines. Very frustrated! no napkins, no shampoo nor conditions.

No reception at all. Not possible to address any issues. In email I was told they don't provide shampoo. Incredible. They never said it in listing. This is the first ever for me. No shampoo? The sheets were dirty when I arrived. Nobody changed them during my stay. I don't know how often that wash them.

Dirty sheets. No shampoo. One elevator. Always busy. At night neighbors play loud music. No reception during my two days stay. In the morning footsteps heard above my place. The location was good.

Private and quiet compared to a hotel, not so much traffic with peoples. I could make my own meals. Closed to supermarkets. Nice area. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice hosts.

The staff was very friendly and flexible, the place is small but it has everything one needs - bed, kitchen, wardrobes, table and a quiet room. The location is very nice.

The staff are excellent, ready to help. The location is also good. Not in the center, but it is on a major tram line to bring you to the center in a few minutes.

- very hot rooms, the little fan was not enough - there are some steps to get up, so not convenient if you have a stroller, although the staff usually helped if they were there - the decor is very strange
