Beds need new mattresses. Sheets first fit. There was no toilet tissue except for the roll on the holder. Fan in master bath made a loud noise. Refrigerator made a loud noise. Otherwise loved the balcony and the whole condo.

This lovely condo was spacious, clean and well appointed - as advertised.
Beautiful beachfront view and a large 8 x 30 balcony. Easy parking, fast elevators and a nice pool.

Just as described. Location was perfect. Condo size was perfect, but it was not cleaned well. I found hair in the tub and on the floor in the baths, food & grease on the stove and carpet that turned your feet black in minutes. It would have been a 6 star rating if not for that.

Our 3rd stay in Navarre and this was the best place by far! Spacious and well appointed - everything we needed. Easy beach and pool access. Great area of the beach!

Probably the best organized property I have ever stayed at.
Never waited on elevator, plenty of parking, covered loading and unloading area, plenty of carts, and a storage area for beach items. Condo was well stocked. Will stay there again.

I have rented through vrbo several times and have never been disappointed. Ms. Betty was easy to work with and quick to communicate with. Definitely recommend this condo. It was so spacious.

This beautifully decorated and super spacious condo overlooked Navarre Beach. Our two kids (14 and 8 years old) shared a bedroom and bathroom. Each had a full bed and lots of space to spread out. The king bed/master bath was equally spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, along with an icecream/shave ice stand. We were approximately 50 minutes to Destin and about an hour to Pensacola. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way to keep the drives interesting. We felt this was the perfect midpoint for us and would stay here again! We deep sea fished in Pensacola and snorkelers in Destin.

Regency is the best place to stay in Navarre. No waiting for elevators; huge balcony and amazing views. Pictures of inside condo are accurate. Property was clean and everything was in working order.

This is our 4th or 5th trip to Navarre and it has become our “go to” beach location. We love that it is not too crowded or “touristy.” We like that Navarre Beach Regency Condos are a smaller complex. We never had to more than 30-45 seconds for an elevator; try that at a high rise. We have rented from Ms. Betty every year and have been pleased every time. We had a minor issue and we called her and she responded promptly to address it. What more could you ask for? We will rent from her again the next time we vacation here.

Super clean facilities, condo was very roomy, and there was direct pool and beach access. View from the front door is the bay and view from the back door is the ocean. It was wonderful! We had 4 adults, a preschooler, and an infant and we still had more than enough space. View from balcony was spectacular. Will definitely be back!

This was our kids 1st trip to the ocean and they are hooked!! Beautiful water, location, and condo. It was very family friendly and easy to find. We would recommend to anyone!

It is a very nice condo on one of the best beaches we have ever been to. This is our 2nd time vacationing there and will definitely be back. Absolutely love the location. Got some good places to eat close by but not ‘touristy’ at all. Very nice and laid back place.

We could not have found a more perfect place to enjoy our pre-Thanksgiving feast with our family! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare a delightful meal! The view from the condo is spectacular! We are looking forward to returning here again.

We were able to rent our condo for a six night stay. Upon our arrival we couldn't wait to unload our luggage and hit the beach. But when we entered the front door of the condo it was more than we expected. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room's were decorated in a way that was comforting and inviting. The staff members were very polite and helpful. Well worth the price, time and trip. Thank you for a great time.

Regency 602 was beautiful! Comfortable furnishings, really well stocked kitchen and laundry, huge balcony with an unbelievable view, quiet and uncrowded but close to everything. We couldn't have asked for a better 1st experience with VRBO, Betty was very helpful and friendly. We're already planning when we can return to Florida and the Regency.

The condo was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week. We loved spending time on the balcony just watching and listening to the water. We also liked watching the surfers and the dolphins.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo at The Regency. It is roomy, clean and conveniently located. Some of the furniture is different from the photos shown but it was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This was a really great condo with plenty of room and the balcony is very roomy also and a great view from the 6th floor of the beach and gulf . Great sunrise and sunsets right from the balcony. This condo has everything you need all you have to bring is your food . We really liked it and had a great time .
