we had booked a room
with a double and twin bed there was only 1 double had to ring owner of motel as no staff available rang 3 times eventually sorted. Rooms are very old and aircon did not work properly. Bathroom needs to be updated

There was nothing to like about this motel. It has obviously been closed for some time with only 5 rooms off a car park at the back. There are shops at the front in what I think once was maybe reception and dining. We left and had to pay for other accommodation. It was old and filthy.
Absolutely nothing. I could not stay in the the stained carpet and mouldy bathroom. I have requested an immediate refund but of course none to date. Booking.com needs to take this off is site

great value for money, conveniently located, good temperature control and comfortable beds
the check in process wasn’t clear, no instructions were received so we didn’t know which room we had and the pin number lock box was wrong. But when we called it all got sorted out pretty easily

Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, room was large enough. All amenities, such as kettle, microwave, iron etc were provided.
On the day of check in they sent a text message to indicate a code to access the room key from a receptacle situated on the door. There was no prior email notification to look out for a text message. My phone was almost totally out of battery on arrival. We were very confused as there was no reception area at all and we had no idea as to what to do. Only on going to use my phone to call the motel number did I notice the text message.
There is no office, no personnel on the compound.
The location was uninspiring, unkept in appearance. The parking area was not clean.
The apartment is very dated. The bathroom is unattractive.

Very old furniture in the room. Seems furniture never got cleaned in last 20 years.

Close to Robertson Bowling Club. Off the main road so it was quite.
The building was dated, unfortunately the owners need to a lot of maintenance to the property.The air conditioner had a band around it to keep together. The tiles in the toilet were falling off. The carpet needed a good cleaning. The bar stools were rusty.

Rubbish papers in the entry/parking areas. Uncleaned paths in front of rooms. Very old tiling and fittings. Disposable paper/plastic cups. No plates. No local/welcome info booklet. All very ‘daggy’.
Double beds bounce sleeping partners, if the other person moves slightly.

The reception lady was always available to call before the stay for any questions which was awesome
bathroom was disgusting and old, the rooms were very old and definitely not worth the price, got no sleep because off a drunk/drugged person in the room next to us swearing, yelling and vomiting inside and outside his room (his room was inbetween the 2 rooms my booking included so both visitors in each room agreed and got no sleep
