Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen am östlichen Rand der schönen Fachwerkstadt Duderstadt. Die Wohnungen sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich gibt es zu jeder Wohnung einige Sitzgelegenheiten.
Die Sitzgelegenheiten in unserer Wohnung waren für uns über 70jährige nicht sehr bequem und nicht zum langen Verweilen ausgelegt. Wir lesen halt gern im Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnungen liegen 15Min Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum Duderstadt entfernt auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Sägemühle. Die drei von uns fünf Freunden belegten Ferienwohnungen sind modern eingerichtet, je zwei Wohnungen pro Gebäude. Im Außenbereich gibt es ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief sehr angenehm.

Location is beautiful. Quiet, lovely surroundings and views but just a few minutes from centre of old town. Apartment was spacious and upgraded. Landlord was wonderful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice rural setting on the edge of the town, short distance from the beautiful town of Duderstadt. Well worth a stop over.

The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, which comes in handy since the restaurants in Duderstadt are not that great.
The location is a bit far from the old city of Duderstadt, a 15 minute walk. However, if you have a car it's fine.
