Extremely clean and bed was comfortable. I liked that it had a microwave and a toaster.

I was upstairs and my car was downstairs!

It was fair for the price, although bathroom was overly huge!

Cleanliness

Room is too “light”. Curtains removed from high glassed area. Street is noisy. Shower leaks into bathroom area. No shelf in shower. Toilet seat not fitted properly. Glass front door allows too much light in.

The property was good for the price

When the front door was locked you could still push on it and didn’t feel secure at all. Had to lock the door and make sure the chain was on and put a stool in front of the door to feel secure enough to sleep

there was an odd smell in the bathroom

The room was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The parking spot was right in front of the room which made unloading and loading the car easy. It was clean and well stocked, so our stay was very comfortable.

Rooms do not get really dark due to glass and no curtains.

There was no breakfast included. Although there was a toaster and jug/kettle in the room

room is very dated and in particular our room had a lot of ants around including in the shower areas. as I said in previous review It works if you’re staying for a night before travelling on using greyhound.

The location and the room was very tidy

The glass between the bathroom and room. Couldn’t go into the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking family up. Room also wasn’t dark enough. Which as late arrivals a dark would have been appreciated in the morning.

Very suitable for my planned trip. Ideal location for exploring the area. Very central. Basic necessities as required.

Noise from the highway right behind you is very noticeable when trying to sleep. Pictures online do not look like what the rooms are inside. Outdated very old beds.

Great shower heads, loved the high chair/stools, and great range of plates and cutlery.

Cockroaches in bathroom, no windows other than those close to ceiling- feels boxed in.

The location and price was good.

The aircon didn’t work and the bed was a bit hard. There is no sheltered area for smokers who have to smoke under a tree or the stairs at the back for shelter from pouring rain. Smokers are people too!

Was easy to find and near Coffs Harbour CBD.

Too much traffic noise in the balcony room as motel is very close the Pacific Hwy. People outside on the balcony is right outside your room window.

Perfect for a cheap overnight stay. Definitely cheap. Towels and sheets were very fresh and clean though. 👍

Mould in the shower. Aircon didn’t cool the apartment, bathroom stank, lining coming of the lounge, pool had holes in it, no parking,

The hosts were lovely, friendly, generous and accommodating. Beds comfy, clean rooms.

Very nice location for Oz tag competition, very friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and tidy, was great to be welcomed with air con turned on for arrival on an almost 40 degree day. Great value for money and will choose again when we return
