This place is the real deal. The staff here goes above and beyond – always ready to lend a helping hand, and their politeness is top-notch. The level of cleanliness is impressive! The breakfast is not just good, it's seriously delicious. The variety and quality are on point. I've got to say, this spot has set the bar high for hospitality. If you're looking for an all-around fantastic experience, you've found it here.

Comfortable bed; nice staff, generally
Underground breakfast room with no natural ventilation. Not a great breakfast. Internet patchy. No common areas. Tiny bathroom, leaky shower enclosure. Bathroom fixtures show lack of maintenance (eg scaling, mould). Messy check-in (they pretended that my room had been cancelled for very bizarre reasons, which was not, and offered accommodation in a "sister property". Upon insistence, the reservation was honored. Post-event, they apologised and offered a nice welcome pack).

The dinner from room service at Chalet Islamabad was enjoyable, but the requirement to pay in cash on the spot was disappointing. It would be better if they offered card or online payment options for more convenience

The reception staff was very good at the time of Check-in. The bed in the room was super comfortable.
The Sofa seats in the room were dirty, the clock was not working ... The Reception staff at the time of check out was a bit rude .. 😕

Faced a little issue with bathroom facilities. But other than that good comfortable stay.

The staff was very cooperative and made sure that my stay is comfortable.food was well served and prepared according to our requirements,which was the best thing for me as i was traveling with my children. Room service was also up to the mark .

Staff were helpful and the location was good (though not close to any attraction or shopping area.
It was a small and basic hotel property than it was advertised on Booking.com. Bathroom needed cleaning and was too bright. The room had a beeping fire alarm (which needed a new battery perhaps).

The location is convenient, close to the Marriot and shopping centres, the area is quiet and you can walk safely in the neighbourhood. The Margalla Hills are a short walk away, people do morning walks/joggs in the area. Staff is nice and helpful.
The breakfast offers both continental and local versions of food which are adequate but nothing special.

There was noise of people moving aroung, but yet I tried to feel myslelf comfortable. plus they knocked the door twice which I hate it.

Location and service from people at breakfast
Service from some of straff on reception was not good. Door lock was broken, took long time to fix it, some times reception took long time to fix the problem. Toilet was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Very little Old toilet tissue roll in the toilet
