The hosts Renata and Dave are wonderful. Warm and inviting. Renata text me a few times before we arrived to check our arrival time as she wanted to be there when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean, the whole house is presented superbly and the breakfast was delicious. (And they have a beautiful friendly dog and cat)
There was nothing I didn't like although I would personally would have liked a bigger bed. We had the room with a Queen size bed and a big bathroom (has a bath) the second room has a King size bed and no bath in the ensuite. So which ever is more important to you - bed size or bath?

Location was just right for our requirements. Breakfast was light at our request and very enjoyable.
We have no complaints.

Lovely, tasteful and spacious room in a beautiful home with amazing hosts. you must try Renata’s amazing homemade marmalade! Lovely breakfast, comfy bed, close to town, perfect location for what we were doing in the surrounding area

it was modern and clean . really loved staying there . the hosts were super and so welcoming . breakfast was great and we really loved having a home cooked breakfast to set us up for the day. stay here its great!

Grosvenor House deserves it’s top rating. David is a great host and cooks delicious breakfasts including home made jams. An immaculate room with high quality fittings.
Travelling with 2 suitcases made space in the room tight.

Ae loved the quiet location, room and our friendly hosts. Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast with homemade jams, fruit, cooked bacon and eggs were great too. We felt at home and loved Harley the whippet.
Wifi was initially a struggle but whilst there David upgraded the modem which helped a lot.
