The appartment was good - comfy bed, nice bath, quiet neighborhood, good location relatively close to center. And free parking is a great advantage.

It was hard to deal with keys and parking. Communication was only in whatsapp and level of english wasn't great. Voice conversation was denied due to bad english. Once opened the key box we didn't know where was the appartment. Moreover, the parking is not in front of the bilding and we needed additional instructions, but we received them after asking. Finally, we received a note "...objects in the room not be damaged...".

There is parking reserved for guests in front of apartment. We have self check-in and early check out without problem. Host is available for all questions online.

No Internet! Have to wait 15 - 30 min to check in ! Called me 45 min before check out to confirm the check out ! He went in and checked everything was OK but 2 hours later sent me pictures of a chair we never used was a little scratch on it ! So never be next time and never recommend to any ....

Well priced and close to Grimaldi boat harbour for sailings to Greece. The Eden Cafe was excellent and friendly and helpful

A bit of a hike down some grubby streets to get to the town centre, however all seemed safe enough at 10pm.

I thought that the room was in a hotel but it was actually a room in what likes like a block of apartments. There is no reception as such and we were directed to the Eden Cafe Bar who booked us in and gave us our keys

Apartment was extremely clean

No direct parking available had to search for an on street space not ideal after a long drive. Breakfast: It stated breakfast included however it consisted of 1 small coffee and 1 croissant per person. We requested 2 croissants but was charged for additional croissant. This came to us as a shock as we have stayed in many Italian properties and the breakfasts had been considerably better. Also states there is an “on site” mini market and cafe this is not the case they are both in opposite directions and on different streets to the property, of which the cafe is the reception no English was spoken and had to utilise google translate to make ourself understood as we know minimal Italian.

It's spotless clean! The staff too was kind. And, as I said, the quality of the products for breakfast was really good. I think with some small improvements it can really become a very good stay.

The entrance to the room is from a common patio using the windowed door, so no idea what the other door inside (that I thought from the photos was the entry door and we found it locked) is for. This solution gives no privacy, unless you keep the curtain totally closed. The mattress has only a thin blanket, so the pillows. There was cigarettes of someone else in the the hashtray. The breakfast is in the cafeteria where you collect the keys (50m away from the rooms) and even though it was made with products of good quality, it consists with one thing to eat and one thing to drink only. If you want a juice for example with your coffee and you croissant you have to pay. For the price of the room, I found it not worthy.
