In room refrigerator and microwave plus the common kitchen on the main floor.
Check in process but this may have been an isolated issue.

The kitchen is very convenient for long-term stay.
It is close to the main street. When window is open, the noise is kind of strong.

The room is perfect and and really close to the lake so you can enjoy everything.
It is also really close to the tram stop and the bus one so super cool :)

Comfortable room, very clean and friendly approachable Innkeeper. The house is positioned close to the lake Constance, 5-10 min walk away. Urban transportation across the street, 3-4 Station (10-15min) to City Center. Edeka shop nearby. The room and the common kitchen with patio have all the facilities needed to prepare breakfast or cook. Unfortunately because of Corona restrictions and regulations there was no beakfast organised yet. Altogether was a really pleasant staying.

The fully equiped kitchen on the ground floor is a great idea for longer stays as you can even cook and store your own food to save costs on eating out. Our room was adequate for 3 people with enough space for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet are conveniently separate. The small kitchen also has a everything for fixing a quick meal, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc, except for a stove. Everything was neat and tidy.
The washbasins in the bathroom and toilet are quite small and it is very difficult to wash hands or face without spilling the warer on the floor. Just removing the glass shelf above the sink might improve the condition.

Overall our experience was good. Place was clean and spacious. Dining area in open was a plus.
Apartment owner should clearly mention that car parking would be available on extra cost before someone book the place. It seems they want to hide it while booking and later they are very much on your head to pay it early if you want a parking else you may have to walk far to park your car.

It was very smelly and after checkin owner said to leave the apartment as they can’t not remove smell and they can not change dirty sheets
Previous guest kid might have popped and because of that room and bed linens were smelling like hell

The house was modern and well equipped.
The staff was rude and had horrible communication. The whole house was extremely loud as it is right next to an extremely busy road. Furthermore, because of the house's bad construction, when a car has passed, the whole house was shaking including the bed's headboard. Moreover, when we got there it turned out we have to pay for parking (10€ per day). There are 6 spots and they are very narrow so it's almost impossible to fit 6 cars and we could see people from our room smashing their car's doors to the next one's including ours. After we reserved a parking spot the landlord forgot to mention we have to pay separately for it. We assumed the fee for the spot is automatically deducted from the account that has been used to pay for the room. When we left I got a message saying she'll contact police if we don't pay for the parking spot before the next day. As I wrote before, the payment method has NEVER been mentioned before and during our 5-day stay at the house. In the end, we transfered the money that day but after being threatened by the landlady I feel like it wasn't okay. Next, the landlady said we could stay 3 days at spot one and the remaining 2 at spot six. However, when we wanted to park to the other spot it was impossible as it was way too narrow to fit a car. On that day she called me and told me if our car doesn't dissapears immediately from spot one we can go and find another parking place somewhere else. Remember, we had to pay for that parking spot! Not to mention when we have changed parking spots we could see that noone has parked there for hours. Lastly, the WiFi has highly limited IP numbers. So when there were more people in the house using WiFi (it wasn't even close to being fully booked, maybe 3-4 rooms have been occupied that time) we couldn't access it at all.
