Ease of access to a riverside walking path that went past a shopping mall.

The room size was good for two of us. Located well in the area of Canelands and the River.
Bed was very hard. Prefer the choice of a Mattress Topper which apparently was not available.

Absolutely Disgusting!!!!
The smell of the entire floor due to cooking!
Our room had the smell coming through the air conditioning.
The fridge had opened milk and was spilt throughout, also milk all over the fridge handle,
The Balcony had not been cleaned or mopped as y he re was sticking ice-cream drips everywhere, my feet were black!!!!
The Yellow chairs outside were black stained.
The shower had ZERO water pressure,
The bedding was DIRTY!!!!!!!
Who ever owns or PRETENDS to clean the premises needs to be eliminated!!!!!

The room had no view at all even though it was listed as a feature. There was a concrete and tiled court yard with high brick walls and tall trees. Very disappointed upon arrival as it did not meet the description when booked. See photos.

The floors were sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned, Main air conditioner rattles loudly and the lounge was covered in what looked like biscuit crumbs.

Excellent Location, staff and value. Faulty TV replaced cheerfully in 20 minutes with a brand new OLED. Single beds in spare room OK for kids but a struggle for a snoring bloke! Quilt bloodstained suggests the previous occupant was stabbed or bludgeoned for the same crime. The Princess Bride says they deserved it. Like Donald Trump I plead the fifth. I heard no snores!

Very disappointed. Paid over $500 for two nights to discover the bedding on the bed in the main room had not been changed from the previous guest. Located hair and other body material on sheets. Bathroom was filthy with urine on toilet seat. Advised that this was an ongoing issue with cleaning staff.

the uncomfortable bed! the rubbish bin that hadn’t been emptied prior to our arrival! the fact that nothing (towels, linen, toiletries) was refreshed for the 5 nights of our stay

Location very good. Apartment was basicslly clean accept for the bedroom carpets.
Dirty carpets, tiles on the patio lifted and lying very dangerously in several places. Parking spaces unbelievably small in some cases. Other cars would park into a second space leaving no room to get in or out of the car. Some instances you couldn't reverse into a space because you then couldnt open the boot

The location was excellent.
I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. The living area in the 2 bedroom apartment was small, it was actually the same size as the 1 bedroom apartment.
The carpet was very badly stained in the main bedroom of the 2 bedroom apartment and the en-suite was tiny.

Beds very uncomfortable carpet was heavily stained hair-left in the bathrooms outdoor table looked liked someone had chewed it overall totally disappointed with the hotel it needs a lot of TLC lady was really lovely who checked us in

The bed was rock hard The balcony was so dirty it was unusable the unit was dirty we pointed this out to the manager she picked up an empty beer can and got someone to vacume the bathroom and that was it.The carpet in the bedroom was stained and looked like it was not cleaned for a long time
The housekeeping was shocking
