Amazing showers close restaurant was open and have great food

Not enough power points some rooms had power board but ours didn't not. but that would definitely not stop us for staying her in the future

I was a bit disappointed that I paid for deluxe room and didn’t get a newly done at one

Loved the pool and fast check in system :) we arrived after when reception closed, but they were super convenient and informative anyway as they explained to us where to retrieve the keys and all. Plenty of parking, really great location!!! Reception and dining area are very clean. Our room was spacious, beds super comfortable, shower wasn't bad either! We had a great time relaxing after a long drive from Sydney and good enough for us and our 5 yo son to rest in the room overnight. Thank you!

WiFi did not work in our room but it wasn't too much of a problem for us :) when we did let them know, they were very apologetic and advised that they will have the technician look into it for future travellers!

LOVED THE POOL, STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN.

LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM REFUSED TO TURN ON FLICKERING THE WHOLE TIME AND THE SHOWER HEAD SPRAYED EVERY DIRECTION BUT DOWN.

Location

Room was not clean, satins on walls and carpeted areas. Toilet was not clean- urine on pedestal from previous lodger. Room needs renovation- damaged paneling, cracked tiles, light fitting hanging from ceiling. This particular light just inside entry door- could not find switch to turn off so had to leave in all night. Very noisy right next to laundry which was operating all night

Swimming pool was not clean and lights were not working in the pool

staff were amazing and so friendly, rooms were very clean quite modern . my 10 year old daughter loved the pool and spa

Location is good, near shopping centre and visiting places, staffs were nice and polite. Facilities were very good. My family had great time in swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Good!!

Everything was good except mosquitoes in our room.
