Super lovely ppl, very clean and comfortable place

We were picked up at 3am and promptly brought to the guest house where the owner showed us our room. Everyone was friendly and her son spoke English. It is well situated so makes for easier viewing of Tblisi. Quiet and peaceful rest with a nice balcony to sit on at night.

location is great and the host is very friendly. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the area is very nice and easy to find your way close by most of the historical location to visit.

the rooms have no curtain. this would have been a good thing to allow a little more sleep. we had to let the water go for a long time before getting hot water. the host fixed it on the last day. the heaters were not functional. not a big deal since the bed clothes were warm enough but the morning time was a bit chilly in the room. i guess the host stopped the central heating system. this was not a major issue but worse mentioning for guests who like warm rooms.

The location and staff were great. We enjoyed our stay at Goari.

We were told that payment should be only in cash. This was not comfortable for us.

Marina is a very friendly host. She opened the door for us at 4 a.m.! She made a regional breakfast and I could leave my baggage there the next day until I would move on. Than she organized a taxi for me. The guest house is in the old quarter and very central. The view is fantastic. I can recommend it 100% !

Best hotel with heartwarming personal attitude ❤️ Bright and clean room with a gorgeous view through the ceiling or window. Guest house also has public balconies to rest with a beautiful view. And of course very tasty and non-expensive breakfast :) Marina is very pleasant and understanding housekeeper, she tended after me when I was a sick couple of days. We planned to stay for 2-3 days, but then stayed for 8. Absolutely loved this place, would recommend it to everyone!

Nothing, everything was perfect

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Guest House Goari and would absolutely stay there again! The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of Tbilisi. The location couldn't be better - close to all the main attractions. The host Marina was very friendly and helpful, she made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Really hard to find receptionist to check in and later to pay. When I did find her she quotred a price of 171 Lari instead of 116.

It is in a very nice area of Tbilisi. The owners are extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Definitely I recommend it :-)

Friendly host family (it's a family-run business). At this moment, price is appropriate for the service. Location is excellent and the views from the balconies are just great. Guest house is a refurbished old house with a lot of character (beautiful wooden floor!), AC and amenities included. Impeccably clean.

Only very small things: The external private bathroom couldn't be locked from the outside, so effectively didn't feel that private. We were asked a couple of times too often if we could leave online reviews.

Location was very good, close to Meidan square. Hosts are nice, room and facilities simple and clean, airco is available.

My wife and I were absolutely delighted with the guest house! Goari is the perfect place to fall in love with Tbilisi! It takes you 5 minutes on foot to reach Narikala fortress, Botanical garden, Sulfur baths, waterfall (all really worth visiting) and a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants. We also definitely enjoyed our cozy and clean room with an incredible city view. In addition to the comfort, which was so nice to return to after exploring the city, our adorable host Marina was really helpful and also gave us some useful tips citywise (ponchiki were fantastic! დიდი მადლობთ, ქალბატონო მარინა!) Our choice in Tbilisi will always be Goari, which we also gladly recommend to other travelers. And we are looking forward to coming back again ❤️

The owner Marina was so warm, friendly, and kind! I loved the location and the view from my room was absolutely gorgeous! You can see all the churches and old Tbilisi from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love Marina, she even made me Turkish coffee. I loved my stay with her at this guest house and I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Friendly and helpful staff, homely atmosphere, cozy and reasonably quiet.

The hosts were very friendly and were always checking if everything was ok. The location is excellent and has a great view. They have the option to pick you up at the airport and also to do laundry for an additional fee which is nice.

In general everything was fine, the only thing I would have liked is that they changed the sheets and basic products such as soap and shampoo.
