Beautiful building with renovated and clean rooms! 5 minutes walk from the train station and a breath away from the amphitheater. There was an issue with the lock of our room but the staff was quick to respond and attempted to fix it. As they could not fix it on the spot, they upgraded us in a bigger room instead. Although, our original room was very spacious, we were surprised at how kind and professional the staff was! Thank you for a great stay!

getting there by car is a little bit complicated, although parking is easy.

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the Arena, and the old town. The parking arrangement with Indigo is a good deal. The flat rate offered by the hotel is worth it if you park for at least 12 hours. The bar of chocolate and a personal welcome message in the room was a pleasant surprise as was the view of the plaza. There are plenty of restaurants available around.

The air con was not working, the room got incredibly hot even though the external day temperature was only 21°C. I didn't bother to bother the reception and kept the window open through the night only to be woken up by the whirr of the street cleaners early in the morning. Even after that, from the smell of it, it was as though the room was chemically cleaned 5 minutes ago.

Guillaume at the night desk went out of his way to help us with dinner suggestions and overall aid and advice.

It was the perfect apartment for our family. In a beautiful spot close to all attractions.

The only thing that could have been approved to possibly make things better than they were (and was very minor) was new pillows and bed linen. They were well used.

they told us the parking was cheaper and we ended up paying double the amount than usual. They also told us they were gonna return us the money and they didn’t.
