Great house with a great location. One of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation in Destin

From day one, we enjoyed this home away from home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Perfect proximity to the community pool across the street and the beach is a few short blocks away. It is a straight shot to the grocery store and you avoid most traffic. We spent our mornings on the veranda enjoying our coffee and watching people pass by on the way to the beach. We loved grilling on the lower level and had a nice time with our family around the fire pit. The bikes are there for use and plenty of extra beach supplies to go along with the included two chair/umbrella rental on Destin Beach. This particular beach is not as crazy crowded as other parts of Destin --which is why we will return to this house on Destin Pointe. 😊 The owners were kind and very responsive. They wanted to assure we had a great vacation and we did. Thank you, Blue Moon (Margaret and Jeff) for a wonderful vacation full of memories. We appreciate you letting us stay in your beautiful home. Our stay at the Blue Moon feels like home but we have the beautiful beach and great weather as an added bonus. Jeff is a great host and takes care of any issues that come up, but this is our 2nd year staying at the Blue Moon and have not had any issues at all, other than an Amazon delivery that he took care of for us.

For a vacation rental this feels like you are in your own home. The porch, patio under the house, high ceilings and sleeping arrangements were perfect.

Destin Pointe creates a feeling of seclusion and exclusivity. We were able to experience everything Destin has to offer then retreat to a semi-private beach and quiet neighborhood. We enjoy Destin and this property made for our most enjoyable trip, yet. The house (size) was perfect for our family of 5.

Our stay at the Blue Moon was a great trip! There were many items supplied by the owner. The owner was very kind and communicated with us before our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This accommodation is one of the few that lived up to (even surpassed) the pictures posted. It’s the closest thing to a perfect getaway we could’ve imagined for a family of five. We wanted a space that was close to the beach, safe, clean, and put us in relatively close proximity to one another… this checked all the boxes. we will likely stay again!

The house was wonderful, location was perfect, and BY FAR the most generous and accommodating place I’ve ever stayed! I’ve been visiting Destin Pointe for 14 years now and would recommend this place to anyone considering taking a vacation there.

Everything was perfect, and decorated so beautifully, we so enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, it was close to the pool and the beach, and we enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs.

This home has everything you need to feel at home on the beach! Well stocked (includes paper products), extremely clean, phenomenal on-site maintenance, and 4 bikes. My family of 4 (a teenager and a pre-teen) loved the location. Don't hesitate to book this property for your next vacation. We can't wait to go back.

Blue Moon was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay!!

Beautiful house in a great location, both beaches are just short walk away and if you like to fish the jetties are just a 10 minute walk from the house, The house was very clean and well supplied. Love this place hope to stay again soon. Thanks,

Our family had a wonderful stay. Home was well kept and easy access to the beach and pool. Also a great place to watch the fireworks. We will be coming back!

I’m so happy we found the Blue Moon. It was just as described and in the perfect location for our family. We travel with several families and usually stay at a condominium but after staying at the Blue Moon, we are hooked and plan to return. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished, making you feel like you are at home.

We loved this house. It was super clean, large house and close to everything. Hope to stay here again.

This house is so charming and perfect in every way. The location to the pool and jetties is so convenient. As well as a short tram ride to the beach. The downstairs outdoor living area is so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for the family. The large ice maker was so handy to fill our cooler for the beach. The entire family enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

This rental was even better than its listing! The house is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. From the front porch, you can see the dunes and the pool across the street. From the back deck, you can see the east pass and get a sense of the day's water conditions. The bikes gave us easy access to the main beach - it was maybe a 5-7 minute walk through the neighborhood, but less than 2 leisurely minutes on the bike. This listing was so perfect - I can't think of anything that didn't fully meet our needs. We would definitely rent here again, and would even buy this property!

Beautiful quiet place close to the world’s best beach. The oven/stove broke during our stay but we improvised and our hosts were gracious. Highly recommend.

This house is the perfect size and has to be the cleanest house or rental that we have ever stayed in ,everything was perfect ping-pong table and downstairs area was great everything about this house was in perfect shape,If you’re thinking about booking this house don’t hesitate

The house is very well stocked! Everything you could need or think of is provided. I wish we hadn’t brought down so much stuff because most of it was already there for us to use. Blue Moon is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. The house and neighborhood are quiet. We really loved staying at the Blue Moon in Destin Pointe.

Absolutely perfect beach cottage.......wonderfully decorated.......with all of the amenities and house accessories/utensils needed for your stay. Beautifully landscaped.......wonderful front porch for having your mornings coffee.....or relaxing in the rocking chairs in the evening. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Blue Moon.......and will Definitely return! The owners were wonderful to work with......and were very quick to respond with answers to any questions/ concerns that we had.
