some wear and tear especially the front pool, in need of a lot of the tiles replaced. the towels were always clean but covered in stains so could do with a refresh.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean and neat. Very happy with my stay there :)

BF was good, typical hotel bf which me and friend enjoyed. Location is ideal too, exit the hotel turn left and along the way you will see the bars, cafes etc. Staffs were helpful and assist us with our request. They have 3 pools and a spa that me and friend went 2 times! Room is big with big bathtub. Would come back again to montigo!

Don't know how a mosquito came into our room and only bite us on our last day morning, surprising did not see that mozzie for the rest of the day when we're in the room.

Really enjoyed our stay here in a 2 bedroom suite. The staff were amazing all over the resort, from Nada in the restaurant to Novi in the kids club just to name a few. Lovely pools and spacious rooms. The way the staff make a big deal about birthdays at breakfast was also appreciated and really fun

While the staff were great in the kids club, It would have been better with more kids in there for our kids to play with. It’s a great space but was really quiet so hopefully as things get busier in Bali there will be more families travelling and using the facilities. The pool at the front of the property had some loose tiles to fix up but other than that it was a great place.

WOW.., this hotel resort is absolutely fabulous. I highly recommended this hotel, and can’t speak highly enough of it. I would actually also state that it is a hotel resort within a gorgeous tropical paradise garden. One with three swimming pools, one set within a relaxing garden setting, a fabulous family pool, and one near the bar with swim up seating. The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. The atmosphere created by the incredible management and staff at this hotel is one you would find in a lovely family hotel. The standard of care, attentiveness and kindness delivered by the staff, is one I’ve never found before in another hotel anywhere in the world. Both myself and my wife were completely stunned by this hotel and have already booked for next year. The spa at the hotel is so amazing and again reasonably priced, professional with a relaxing atmosphere. It is full of Bali style with lovely staff, highly recommended. The hotel is very clean, comfortable. Trust me don’t book another hotel in this area, book this one!!

The staff, amenities, location, the room, the space, the pools, every single thing. Special mention to the very friendly staff, Candra, who never failed to check in on us and greet us with her warm smile every single time. I’ve visited Bali a few times already and Montigo is by far the best place I’ve stayed in with value for money. Will definitely be back :)

Can’t think of anything- no complaints. We stayed in the Premier Deluxe room, highly recommended!

it’s absolutely not 5* and not worth of money half of days they did construction works just in the room located one floor lower than ours and only when we asked 3 times in a row they agreed to finish it for that day, but next day we needed to leave our room because they wanted to finish it. room was full of dust. the bottled water they provide in all hotel is just disgusting and extremely low-quality. i’m not even sure that you are able to drink it. the room is quite old. breakfast almost the same every day and not so big variety of food. pools are dirty. towels are dirty. the nearest beach are dirty and fool of glass and plastic. location is extremely crowded.

Beautiful resort in an awesome location. Obliging staff. Couldn’t fault a thing.
