staff was exceptional. very supportive and caring and loving. Breakfast was good--they catered to my food needs. pool was beautiful . place was beautiful. room was beautiful. very satisfied with the whole experience

No Refrigerator in room, more chairs at the pool.

When we arrived before check in time the front desk person checked and found out our room was ready so we could check in right away which was really nice! All interactions with the staff there were great and they were all very friendly. We enjoyed the included daily breakfasts but it can be a very busy time so patience is required.

For some reason Booking.com didn’t give the hotel notice we are part of the Genius program and got a discount so the hotel didn’t have the same discount information to charge the correct amount. Just be sure to double check the amount when paying at the hotel so there is no confusion.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Beautiful property and exceptionally clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and made with care. You can feel the loving energy as soon as you walk on the property! Highly recommended and will be back for sure.

Toilet walls and door do not extend to ceiling, so travelers who don't know each other very well may feel self-conscious; some guests might prefer to have an in-room TV; in-room fridge would have been a nice touch

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were ample, beautifully presented and promptly served. I especially appreciated the variety of Mexican breakfast offerings.

We would have liked a small seating area in our room. However we were always able to find places to sit and read or write in the common areas.

The homemade breakfast here beats any other place I’ve stayed. Especially the touristy resorts. Yuck. This place is like a bed and breakfast with great food, and I loved the eating area. Could sit there for hours and read and write. The room was also comfortable and clean, and the AC worked well. I loved Patricia at the font desk, so helpful and friendly, really went out of her way to show me where nice beaches were.

Since I’m traveling alone they gave me a small room, that didn’t have room for my yoga mat. There were a lot of larger rooms empty and available.

Fantastic breakfast. The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The staff are exceptional ; the most intelligent, helpful and thoughtful people. We love Casa San Pancho.
