Television didn’t work. The phone was dead when I tried to call for someone to fix it. The bedside lamp sputtered.

Well-appointed room that was very good value for money. Good sized room. This is the third time I have stayed at this motel over a 7 year period, so obviously happy with it.
Parking can be problematic due to weird layout. Some may prefer to be closer to the city centre.

The place was really clean and easy to find. There is plenty of parking. Room has a small fridge and kettle. The bathroom was very clean, spacious and had great water pressure. Woolworth was just down the road and there's a KFC across the road from the motel. McDonalds is not far away too.
The beds were a little soft. Since it was next to the main thoroughfare, it gets a bit of traffic noise. But not too bad and that depends on where your room is. Ours was right next to reception.

I enjoyed the location. Had everything we needed. Warm, pleasant & clean. Good price and quiet. Will be going back next time 😊

Nice quiet room out back (no traffic noise).
Good size room, bed comfortable, bathroom large, shower hot and glass door (no curtain).
WiFi good.
TV was bit small but reception ok.

Location to work and surrounding areas
The lights being on outside of room made it difficult to sleep would have preferred blockout shades or an option to turn outside lights off.

Nice quiet place to stay. Unfortunately the room has no cutlery, plates or glasses.

Service was wonderful, lovely staff. The heater was trued on in our room for when we arrived. Perfect for the cold weather there.

We recently stayed at the motel for a night and I must say, it served its purpose well. The room was clean and the shower worked perfectly, which was great after a long day on the road. The bed was decent and provided a good night's sleep. The best part was the air conditioner and fridge, which were in good working condition, especially during the hot weather. The location of the motel was also very strategic, as it was located near the main road, making it easy to find. Overall, I would say the motel did the job for a night stay and I would consider staying there again in the future
While it did have some good points, there were also a few things that I did not like. Firstly, the location near the main road made it a bit noisy. Secondly, the security chain on the door was broken which made me feel a bit uneasy about safety. Finally, the decor of the room was a bit outdated and the color scheme of the bedding, carpet, furniture, and drapes didn't match, which made the room look a bit mismatched. However, this is just a minor thing and I don't mind it too much. Overall, the motel did the job for a night stay.
