Das manchmal etwas lustlose Personal in Speiseraum und an der Strandbar. Es brauchte meist viel Zeit bis man uns wahrgenommen hat.

Die Gartenanlage und der Strand haben uns sehr gefallen.

Auf dem Hotelstrand gibt es keine Liegen, das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Swimmingpool ist nicht einladend, man könnte meinen, wir sind weit weg vom Meer.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, schöne Strandbar, großer Parkplatz

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten und für die Größe des Hotel sehr klein. Die Zimmer waren alt und abgewohnt. Warmwasser hat nicht immer funktioniert. Es brüteten Tauben über unserem Zimmereingang. Das war sehr unschön und teilweise auch laut. Kein Gym

Det er veldig pent der. Nydelig strand, fin strandbar, nye fine bungalower med gode senger. Det ligger sentralt til i Kaibae som jeg ble veldig overrasket over. Mye bedre enn White sand beach. Anbefaler absolutt dette stedet.

Stranden var smal og liten plass til soling.

The location, a lot of shade at the beach, the whole resort, the room and the balcony.

The first steps into the ocean are quite rocky. You have to bring your own beach chairs.

The "sea view" bungalow that we booked at first, wasn't really sea view (there was another bungalow in front of) and it was the same price as the other ones with much better view. If it is not really sea view it should be cheaper than the other ones. In order to have a real sea view we were forced to switch the bungalow and paid additionally.

Beautiful location, everything well cared for. Directly on the beach. Comfortable room, good size with nice balcony.

A lot of the staff are very young and still inexperienced (post-Covid). It takes a while to know which staff members can really answer your questions. Restaurant good, bar (different owner?) not worth it.

Nice rooms, good choice at breakfast

Every day there are elephants forced to work on the beach, chained up to take photographs with tourists who pay money to ride them or bathe them in the sea (salty water is bad for them). This pretty much ruined our stay as we couldn’t sit and watch this happening while we enjoyed ourselves at the beach.

The location is amazing! The breakfast is delicious, and you can sit in front of the ocean in the morning with a cup of coffee. The bed is comfortable. There are many restaurants close to the resort.

The resort can feel a bit outdated and can use a little renovation. Also, there are no nets for the windows and door.

Amazing beach, walk distance to everything but yet remote. Very cozy bungalows- the pictures does not do them justice. staff very friendly. The best place I have stayed in Koh Chang so far.

At breakfast, we always had a variety of choices. Lots of fruits, cereals, meats, and Thai dishes to choose from. There was always a lady there cooking eggs for your choice of style. The dining area is next to the sea, so it is always a lovely view. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed & 4 pillows. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed and under the TV. The front porch had a large table with bench seats and a large round wicker seat. The beach area is very clean, however the area is narrow for a beach. The most amazing thing is that the elephants are brought down to the sea to swim & play. The handlers were always pleasant with people, encouraging engagement with the elephants, especially the baby calves. Plus, they never asked for money for photos or rides. This is a great location near shops, restaurants & bars, within walking distance. But still quiet.

Just needed a second bench cushion.

Very romantic location right on the beautiful beach. We, couple, had a beachfront bungalow and our son and his girlfriend had one just behind us on the second row with seaview. The bungalows are cute on the outside and practical on the inside, good space, bed and shower. The whole resort has a mix of scandinavian and Thai design, funny combi that works. All in a beautiful tropical garden. Lovely restaurant also right on the beach, good quality food and good choice between Thai and Western. Same goes for the breakfast. Very friendly staff. Perfect for sunset drinks.

The swimmingpool is tucked away, not at the beach side but next to the parking. We didn’t mind, we loved swimming in the ocean. You do get free beach towels, but they are way too small for that purpose and there are no beachbeds. Our ‘kids’ are in their early twenties, no other guests in that agegroup. Mostly families with younger children (who were all well behaved and tranquil) or older people.

Top resort with very friendly staff and cosy cottages. Directly on the other side of the street is a good travel agent with scooter rental. Several nice restaurants are nearby.

No temperature control for the showers (or we could not find it). But that was not too bad since the temperature was fine.
