First, the owner was great to work with. Met us at the property to personally check us in and give us a tour of the property and all it's amenities. Everything you could possibly need is already there. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with a brand new comfortable sofa. I was concerned about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. Located in a great spot right on the beach, it is close to Everything and right on the free trolley line. Great property for a couples getaway, and the sunsets are incredibly beautiful!

Great location, this place in on the beach, a nice beach too. The place was clean, and well appointed. The host thought of a lot of things you may need and provided them (towels, umbrella, chairs, noodles, books, etc.). Pool is real nice too. Host is available anytime via phone, text or email and provided good suggestions. Location is great too. The island and beaches are top notch. One of our best trips ever. The host and the condo were a large part of that!!! Thanks Dr. Janet!!!

This is a budget property, located well and all was as stated except for the bed. We could barely walk upon rising each morning and took several days after leaving for our bodies to straighten out.. Suggest you bring bath soap. No dishwasher.

The property was literally steps away from the ocean with a balcony that offered not only a view of the ocean but a private area for dining in the evening. Upon arrival, Janet met us to ensure that her condo was in perfect shape which was not expected. In addition, she spent additional time telling us of some of her favorite spots and areas of attraction on the island! That was priceless! We cannot thank her enough for sharing her lovely place with us, we enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely plan a trip next year! See you then!

This room was very clean and nicely decorated. Room was very bright and inviting. It came with anything you would need for kitchen and beach, so perfect for a couples week vacation, which is what we were on. Water pressure in shower was EXCELLENT! Our only inconvenience was there was no couch to sit/relax. Manager informed us a few weeks before our stay, disclosing her recent purchase was damaged upon shipment and had to be sent back but no replacement had arrived yet. There were two sitting chairs (not recliners), so sitting was ok for short term, but not as relaxing as a couch or recliner. Beautiful Beach was just steps away and no road to cross. Pool was refreshing and warm. Overall our stay in CBC 110 was wonderful. We would definitely rent again!

Nice condo on spectacular beach. Perfect location. Very reasonably priced. Janet was great and very responsive and informative. Overall a great two week stay. Definitely would return.

The property I located on the most beautiful beach and everything you need is there. The property poolis very low key and private. The host was more that accommodating! We arrived very late and the host made sure we had everything we needed to start the week.

This property was nice, clean and had a very comfy bed. Also, it was stocked with all of the necessities. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach, pool and trolley stops. The owners were great! Very accomodating and informative.

Site right on the beach, no roads to cross, you just go down the stairs, walk out the back of garage, and you are on the beach! Pool was always clean and nice to use when the waves were too rough to swim. Studio apartment clean and perfect size for 2 people. The mattress was so comfortable, the best mattress I’ve ever had on vacation. Patio nice to sit out on. Dr. Janet Coyle very responsive to my texts and checked in on us when there were reported electricity outages in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. Beach was beautiful. Bring lounge chairs as only had short ones for the unit. Had everything else needed for stay. Pool was lovely.

The property was great. Centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. Even the tropical storm didn't keep us from enjoying our time in Bradenton Beach. Janet and Audry were great. Very helpful.

There are so many PROS about this unit that I don’t know where to begin. Janet was perfect to work with. If you are single or a couple this is the perfect place for you. Location and price were perfect. Lots of little extras to get started was a bonus. Everything you could need was in condo. The only CON was check in. I had to worry about flight delays as we were met at condo. I would have preferred a lock box or different method to obtain keys and not stress on the time getting there. She met us after 9 Pm but I was worried about delays as she has time limit on meeting to check in. This was the one and only CON for us. Everything else was perfect.

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it exceeded our expectations in every way! Great food, loved the free trolley, Monkey Bus, shopping, and of course the beaches. Janet and Audrey were so kind and a joy to deal with. The studio was clean and well appointed and just steps away from the beach and heated pool. The only issue we had was sometimes the traffic noise was loud since the condo is near the road. It is as advertised and we will absolutely stay there again on our next visit to AMI! Janet was very helpful and informational about what to do and see while on the island. The island was beautiful, there was plenty to do and see while also having a gorgeous beach to relax at right outside of the condo.

The studio apt was perfect for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed. The mattress on the Murphy bed was the best and my back never hurt once. We ate breakfast and lunch on the little balcony that was relaxing. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful experience would highly recommend staying here. Just stepped away from the ocean, the apartment has everything that you could possibly need, and more. The Murphy bed was exceptionally comfortable. We will return!
