The apartment is right in the middle of posh district, centrally located.

The location on the map was great, very close to everything, and the place was plenty big for the three of us. It more or less matched the pictures. The owner was helpful when we had to change our check-in time.

We notified the property up front that we needed an invoice, which the owner promised us in writing via the chat. After the payment, all we got was a slip that had zero identifying or tax info. We called, and they gave us a number on the phone (impossible to verify) but refused to send it in the chat or replace the invoice. The owner admitted that he doesn't actually have a professional practice or company, so now we can't claim the expense. Also, there is a large, very loud, HVAC machine outside one of the bedrooms (possibly from another property) that turns on and off all night. Some sound insulation, at least in the bedroom, would be necessary in our opinion. Professional pest management is also in order for the kitchen.

The apartment is close to the old town. Many of the sights of Nikosia are in walking distance. The apartment has wifi, a washing maschine and an iron. The owner was very friendly. He shared helpful information. The bedsheets were fresh.

The whole apartment was really dirty. My friend walked bare foot and had black feet afterwards. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom need some really deep cleaning. The oven had oil all over it. The washing maschine, countertops, the drawers, everything was dirty. There were life and dead insekts/cockroaches in the kitchen and the apartment. The bathroom had limescale and was overall not clean. If we had known, we would have booked a more expensive apartment. We spend most of our time outside.

one of the mattresses is terrible, you can feel the base through it, no support at all, one couple couldn’t sleep and woke with a bad back. it is really poor and needs to be replaced.

The apartment is really spacious and bedrooms have large wardropes and drawers. It would also be suitable for longer stays. Omero provided for a lot of water and instant coffee.

The external part in front of the entrance is a bit too dirty and neglected.

the apartment is large and in an excellent location, actually in the centre in a nice part of town. the owner was extremely hospitable and helpful.

I wanted to cook but it seemed that the oven didn’t work. we both got woken up by noise outside because the apartment backs onto a car park of the street. this didn’t happen all the time though.

Location is very good Everything regarding property was good although some more towels needed. Very good Host who met with keys for apartment. Will be returning in future and will recommend.
