Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Close to the lake shoreline so you can stroll along the lake side or ride a bicycle and stop at cafe's along the way for coffee or something to eat or drink. Also parking available. Apartment had a kitchen and facilities for cooking your on food if you wanted to. Constantino was so helpful and generous. Bikes available to ride and free washing for clothes.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean inside and around the villa, walking distance to the central town Malcesine. As a nice bonus, we have been provided with bicycles for free, which we used for evening rides on the esplanade. Many thanks to senor Constantino.

The swimming pool was a little small but not a problem because there is a beach close by

The location was perfect and views from the balcony was beautiful. The place was clean and well equipped. Host was really friendly.

Travelling as a party of 3 the 2 studio apartments were perfect as they had their own entrance. The apartments were fully equipped with all we needed and they both had lovely views of the lake. The owner of the apartment was very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there, helping us with bus timetables and arranging taxis. We also had free use of bikes which was a fantastic way to explore a little further around the lake.

The property was spotlessly clean and Constantino was an excellent host. He was very helpful and attentive. The location was very good - we could swim in the swimming pool, swim in the lake and walk into town within 5 minutes. The photos didn't do the property justice.

Location is very good, close to harbour, pedestrian street, lift to Monte Baldo. Brilliant views from the balcony. All you need for a holiday!

Parking was easy and safe. Check in and out smooth as can be. Mr. Cressotti is very kind and helpful. Borrowing of bikes are also easy. The location is very central. Close to the town hub and the super market. We‘ll definitely be back again. To be highly recommended!

Amazing location overlooking the lake & 5mins walk to the town, bars & restaurants. Great sized apartments with everything you need Included. Could do with some updating but still very good. The pool is not actually located at this property, it is at its sister property which is down the road. A bit misleading on the advert as it doesn’t say this.
