Casa pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e giardino esclusivo con grande tavolo per consumare i pasti all'aperto. Molto utili sedie da mare ed ombrelloni a disposizione da portare in spiaggia. Addirittura borsa frigo e tavolette ghiacciate Molto apprezzato anche il vassoietto di dolci e il frigo già rifornito di acqua, succo e birra. Presenti ogni genere di detersivi, Spugne, scottex e articoli monouso. Durante tutto il soggiorno il sig. Luigi ci consigliava attraverso messaggi che spiaggia scegliere in base al vento. TOP

Un po' impegnativa la scala per accedere all'appartamento. Ma una volta in cima si dimentica rapidamente!

Very wel equipped house. Everything for cooking , beach, bbq, anti mosquito repellent etc. The owner is also very friendly and gives advice on restaurants, activities in the region and so on.

Basement bedroom& bathroom had a proeminent unpleasant smell.

Luigi was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to book a restaurant for our late arrival and giving local advice. The house was well-equipped for outdoor living with a leafy terrace and small BBQ. Being very central, it would be fine for visitors planning to BBQ or eat out most days. For young, fit people with no incumbrances, the town and its bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance. There was a fine beach just half an hour’s walk down through the town.

The kitchen was well-equipped but had hardly any space for food preparation and only a tiny oven and no microwave, so self-catering was interesting. Unfortunately, the 3rd bedroom had a double and a single bed (not the 2 doubles described) – and it was in the basement, separate from the rest of the house, so not easy to put small children to sleep early. The 42 steps up from the very steep road would also be difficult for people with small children, buggies, beach equipment, etc.

Casa Lilla is a beautiful house. It is located very near the centre of Villasimius and walking distance from the beech (about half an hour walk). The biggest attraction of the villa is the terrace with swing, sun beds, shower and... natural shade. The house is perfectly clean and arranged with a good taste. You will find there as well everything which we might need at the beech, chairs, mattresses and even paddles for games. The hosts, Mr Luigi and his wife are wonderful people. They were waiting for us with the keys to the house even though we arrived very late. Fridge was filled with drinking water, we also received the welcome bottle of wine and some cookies. Thank you Luigi for a wonderful holidays.
