No one met me at the property when I arrived. I had to call the host and received the code for entering the building. It went fine, but it could be nice if I received information about that beforehand.

It is located near Bari Centrale. As we had a very early flight it was an important factor. We were allowed to check in much earlier. Thank you :) Air-conditioning worked well and there was no noise during the night. The flat was clean.

There was a Welcome package in the kitchen. My son aged 12 was thrilled as he expected sweets. Instead there was a sponge, washing liquid and garbage bags. According to the rules displayed on the wall (comes as unpleasant surprise) lguests should leave kitchen spotless and leave no garbage behind. It felt very awkward to carry garbage and dump it in one of the bins in the street. The lady who welcomed us speaks no English but smiled and seemed nice. We explicitly picked this place because it offered to arrangw taxi to airport. I exchanged a few e-mails with an English speaking representative but finally was left alone and we took train to airport. Don^t waste money on taxi if you stay at Aurora :) All in all our experience was good.

Everything was good, no any special complaints. It was a ten minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from Bari Vecchia.

The only thing that I really didn’t like is that we had to wash the dishes and take all the trash out otherwise we’ll be charged 25€. Of course it’s not hard to do that, it’s just that isn’t our job to do. That’s a big minus from me!

The apartment is located very closely to the main railway station. The bedroom was spacious. There was a private bathroom and kitchen annex. Wi-Fi access, TV, washing machine, towels, and city maps.

One MAJOR drawback was the bed, which simply collapsed when I sat (sat, not jump) on it (my BMI fits within the norm). I examined its construction and discovered that some of the base desks had been broken and joint with cable ties. When I texted the owner about it, he replied that he had had no idea about it, but promised to do something about it ASAP. That was the last time I heard from him, and had to sleep two nights on a collapsed bed. Other, less important details - the apartment was very dark, there were some small windows permanently covered with blinds.

We had an early morning flight and were looking for somewhere to stay close to the train station but also not far from Bari old town and this was the perfect spot between the two. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who would be using Bari as a base and travelling with train/bus services around Puglia. The apartment was clean, perfect sized for us and had everything we could have needed (soap, dish cloths, dish washing liquid etc.).

There is no lift in the building, but it wasn’t an issue for us, as our pushchair is lightweight and the apartment was on the first floor.

Nice, spacious apartment - kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with 2 tiny balconies. Convenient location, close to railway station and not far from the old town. Heating function of air conditioning works very well, what was quite important in March.

Water pressure was quite low.

The location was quite convenient, walking distance from the city center and the old town. Room was quite spacious and the host was very polite.

I'd say a bit more can be done in terms of cleanliness e.g. fitted sheets for the duvet. The appartment had most conveniences needed but can use a bit of refreshments

The host let us in directly after our arrival, which was little bit earlier than the check-in, it was very lovely. Also we could leave the luggage in the apartment in the day of the check-out to sightsee little bit longer. The communication was very fast and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Apartment very clean and nice, all the things needed were in the place.

It is a full studio with all facilities required like fridge dish washer and washing machine and it had all types of cutlery

No room service and alot of stuff like the hair dryer and the lights where not working and there are mosquitoes in the apartment but i think an insecticide was provided in the kitchen

Em... Almost nothing. Our flight was delayed for 30 mins, and I notified the owner via booking. He answered that they cannot meet us later and we'll have to wait about 1,5-2 hours. After landing I wrote that it seems like we'll be on time. They answered that I had to write earlier (from the plain?). So, we were waiting for a little bit more than 1 hour in the nearest cafe and then we could finally get our apt.

Very dark and tiny apartments with a cold floor. Shower is uncomfortable. The only window is dirty and rollers on it don't work well. No view, neighborhood is dirty (maybe, the dirtiest in the whole city).

The location is close to the train station and the area is dirty. The host charged us 15 euro extra for delivering the key after 10 PM. The photos of the apartment we rented are misleading, we had just a small window to a interior yard. We are not coming back.

The apartment was really nice considering the price. It was really clean and well equipped with most of the stuff you need. Large and comfortable king size bed, built-in kitchenette (with many plates, cups, microwave, fridge, cutlery, even a caffettiera with coffee, sugar and so on), air conditioning, ironing board and iron (was very useful for us), hair dryer, many city maps and guides, bath towels, washing machine and soap. The host was very helpful with finding the fastest way to the apartment and afterwards to find a taxi back to the airport. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, the lady was waiting for us. She doesn’t speak English at all but with the help of Google Translate we could figure everything out. I recommend visiting Polignano a Mare and Alberobello, both are stunning towns. And if your flight is at night and there is no suitable train connection, just walk to the main train station and take a taxi from there. It costed us 25€.

Because of the old mechanical door we could hear all the noise coming from the corridor. So if you are a light sleeper, don’t forget to take your ear plugs. Regarding the city itself and the surroundings, make sure you always have a good internet connection so you can find the suitable transportation/way and ALWAYS have cash with you. If you don’t speak Italian don’t even try calling a taxi company. They will hang up immediately 😅.
