Great big balcony! To the beach 5 minutes. Near a restaurant. Very customer oriented staff.

Good location, sea a few hundred metres away. One of the receptionists was very nice, smiling all the time at guests.

One of the receptionists did not speak English and was not friendly at all. Equipment in the kitchen is not sufficient, for example no kettle, no dish towel,...

The balcony was big and in the shadows during the day, perfect for a nice lunch away from the sun. The caretaker is very friendly, but he only speaks Italian. We used Google Translate on his computer and that functioned as a means of communication.

The beds were hard. There was no dish washing soap and no sponge, but when we asked for it we got it.

- The big apartment, the big balcony, the near to the sea and beach, and the view to the forest. - The cleaning every week and new bedclothes.

- A problem was, that the receptionist did not speak English or German, also the cleaning service. I had something to ask to the receptionist, and I don't want to call everytime the headquarter. - My booking confirmation and also the headquarter in Rimini said that the towels to be changed every 3 days, this was not true!
