Great location, perfect for our family with kids. Nice modern townhouse, plenty of space.

Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable and the host was great. New and large enough to accommodate a big family. Really good as long as you have transport.

Couple of minor things missing and garage was not really big enough with things in it. A bit far from town but that was not a real issue for us.

Lovely house, lots of space indoors and games for the kids.

BYO soap and tea bags. The cleaning and instructions list made us feel a bit like walking on egg shells the whole time we stayed with threat of non-bond return. Couldn’t get the downstairs tv to work.

Spacious and comfortable, close to bay and Red Hill

The location was ideal following the long drive from Melbourne. The weather was cold and wet, when we arrived at the house, we felt like we were home. The house was spectacular, spacious but warm. My family and I enjoyed the space available and felt very comfortable.

The weather - not sure if that's a choice or just Melbourne spring.

The location was great. A short walk to the beach and not far from the shops. The property was clean and had plenty of crockery, cutlery and even a decent sized chopping board which was appreciated.

We were a bit overwhelmed by the rules. There were A LOT of rules and while I know they were probably aimed for a younger group than ours, if I'd known all the rules in advance I probably would have booked elsewhere. Knowing we couldn't sing or clap after 10pm weighed on us all! Also only having one key, and no back up, was problematic. The house sleeps 8 but we were only given one key. When someone accidentally locked the door with the key on the bench, we were left with a $250 after hours locksmith fee. A second key or a key left locally would have saved us a lot of stress and money.

We absolutely loved the beautiful house. So much room for us all and presented so well with everything we would need. Within walking distance to the beach and so close to the shops and restaurants. Such a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future.
