Pool, when you could access it. Good size of apartment for 4 people. Any more would make it OK, but uncomfortable. Good location for town, supermarket, ski bus, the Grand Massif Express. Quiet location, but noisy in the morning at 5.30am when the snow plough for road and pavement comes pass. Good provision of Netflix and wifi. Nice touch of a bottle of sparkling water, beer and orange juice upon arrival. However, a proper bottle opener would be better than the antique that is there now.

Electricity keeps cutting out when trying to use cooker and oven simultaneously. Not enough cutlery and cockery for even 4 people for a day. So had to keep washing dishes. Definitely not enough mugs for 4 people let alone the 6 people it is to accommodate. Only 1 toilet beyween 4 was interesting. Do not want to think how it would work with 6. Got swimming goggles stolen at the pool. The pool wasn't opened on time.

Everything was very well organized from booking to accessing the property. Property was spotless, very well equipped and super functional. The apartment in this small chalets complex is well situated, the pool very clean and large enough.

There is not much to dislike really, a couple of improvements those being more my taste than negative comments. I wish all properties had this level of standard.

The apartment was well equipped and an ideal base for our walking holiday in the Alps, being centrally located in Samoens

Nothing really to criticise. Everything was fine. The swimming pool on site was an added bonus.

We loved the appartement, it was comfortable, well-equipped, clean. Our host thought of all the details. Our children enjoyed the pool very much. We had a great time here!
