Separate cabins , clean and comfortable inside.
Poor external maintenance, rotting timbers and untidy grounds. Hot water service was faulty.

Located next to a golf course, about 5 min drive to Bright shops. The chalet and rooms are spacious and quiet. Towels are clean and plush. Julie, the manager, was helpful and responsive to our request via Booking.com message. She also helped send the pants I left behind by mail. Thank you very much, Julie!
It'd be good if shampoo and conditioner are provided, or at least warn guests that they are not provided ahead of arrival.

The property was clean and well heated. The views from the Kitchen and lounge were onto a golf course with mountains in the back ground. very nice.
The only problem I struck was reversing out of carpark especially at night.

The warm inviting atmosphere, the chalet was neat and tidy and had everything we needed (appreciated in particular the additional coffee and hot choc). The view onto the golf course was spectacular and very peaceful staying here. Thankyou!

We really liked the quiet location and ambience of the Chalets. close to the Bright walking and cycling trails. Walking distance to the beautiful township of Bright in Northern Victoria
The Chalets are showing their age, the curtain track cord did not work and in fact was quite dangerous as it would hang over the doorway. The toilet did not always flush properly, and took forever to refill the cistern, very average TV reception with numerous dropouts.

Comfortable and has everything you need. Greeted on arrival by a very cute puppy, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Gorgeous walk into town along the canyon trail.

The room description was not clear , all the rooms are seperate there but they did no mention, I think they need to clear bit more about property description, because other wise it is uncomfortable with family.
