Nice large and clean room.

The restaurant is open only until 3 p.m. You can hear the music from the party or wedding in the basement all night.

Room and bathroom are spacious Breakfast was included in my reservation

.Staff do not speak English at all Checking in after the restaurant close is a bit of a hussle.

Extremely friendly staff!

1. Our room was smelly, with old carpets, etc. The bathroom was sparkling clean though, so there should just change the floors. 2. There was a wedding party, so it was HORRIBLY loud the whole night, the stairs are squeaking with every step, we were not able to sleep. They shouldn't rent the hotel at the same time they have this kind of whole night huge party. 3. The breakfast is a pretty small variety.

Staff and food were ok and it was clean

Location is out of town, serviced by bus into the city that runs once per hour, also there were NO facilities in the evening at the hotel, no bar, no room service no staff, I even had to check out (because I left poprad early due to boredom) at a time that suited the hotel as all the staff left at 8pm. Also there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel to keep you entertained either.

Rough and scary neighbourhood.

Staff could be better. Because of an early morning climbing trip i had requested an early breakfast in advance which was confirmed to me was possible (they would provide me the evening before with a breakfast packet). on the day of arrival i checked and confirmed with them again and they said they would bring to our room in the evening. At 21h still nothing arrived so i went down again after which was said they would bring in an instant only to find that at 22h they didn't bring and nobody was still present from the staff (reception and restaurant were closed off completely)

The service and food in the restaurant were really good. Aircon, private parking. The hotel is located in a historical building refurbished recently and looking great.

Some cake other than croissants for breakfast would make it perfect for me.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Grandiously spacious bathroom. Obliging personnel.

Situated in the industrial part of the town. Check-in quite long. The rooms were not fresh aired before our arrival.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast needs some improvements, but in general good value for price paid. Very nice food in restaurant for dinner. Great idea with toys on the terrace restaurant if you travel with children. Service nice and polite. We will definitely stay there again with our next visit to Poprad.

New coffe machine for breakfast is a must.

The room and the breakfast were okay ,but the location is not so cosy.
