Great location, lovely green view, spacious room, good service, close to malls
Breakfast spread a bit limited for vegetarians. Charged 500 KES for a lost room card made of plastic...

I got scammed through messages in the app & emails from the hotel, who refused to take any responsibility for the fact that their booking system had been compromised. I'm still awaiting a refund from either the hotel or Booking.com despite having submitted multiple emails with evidence of the scam

Rooms were kept very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful
Location in the Westlands is excellent (walking Distance to most attractions)
Rooms were quite large and Kitchenette came in handy at times (large fridge)
1. Shower ran Hot and cold sporadically which was a bit annoying
2. WiFi often went down to a dead slow/stop. Eg. Netflix viewing had many screen freezes and sometimes resets were required

The location is perfect, walking distance from Westgate mall. The rooms were big and clean, with nice balconies. The staff was always helpful and courteous. Breakfast spread was good, they even had vegetarian options. The stay was totally value for money! Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nairobi!

great position, comfortable beds , large rooms good breakfast good value
we arrived very tired and late no hurry in the morning but was woken up by unbelievable noise from the kitchen above at about 5,30 am they didn’t care at all about the guest , shouting at each other putting on mixers and pots and pans , laughing, luckily we only had a short drive next day and were able to rest there , recommend that you don’t have rooms on 5 th floor under kitchen

I loved the cleanness and the fact that they had a baby crib, made it more fun.

The breakfast is Swedish table style with variety of bakery products. There are some side dishes and warm meals. The quality is fairly good, tasty and in sufficient quantity. Europeans be aware - this is not European cuisine and you might find some dishes tasteless but this is how it is prepared. Each morning you have some other local dish in hot plates. Staff very helpfull and ready to comply to any request.
Cutlery should be renewed.
