J’ai adoré Fabio et son équipe: ils sont très serviables et hyper disponibles.
J’ai aussi aimé pouvoir cuisiner dans l’appartement qui est à proximité de tout (magasin, restaurant, boulangerie, mer).
Le wifi est difficile à avoir- on capte mal.
L’eau : il n’y avait pas de pression ce qui donnait la sensation d’un filet d’eau pour se doucher.
Le matelas et le canapé (à ressorts) n’étaient pas confortables.

Close proximity to the beach short walk and you could be anywhere
I had no views on the surrounding from the apartment but outside it was a very nice place.

The host Fabio is a genius. He showed us around the city, helped out with questions, offered us papayas from his papayatree and printed our boarding passes. The location is nice. A 5 minute walk from the citycentre and a five minute walk to the beach.
Our balcony was north. So no sun and a lot of wind. The showerhead has no hook so you hold it in your hand or you improvise. Beds are rather firm which is OK. But you can feel the springs.

Great location 5min from the beach. Very caring owner Fabio who took us out for a drink and showed us the town on arrival. Amazing service with thorough daily cleaning. Whatever you need, they will help you.

If I really had to complain about something, it would be the small shower with curtains. The water would always spill over on the floor outside of the shower. But thats complaining on a very high level :)

The room was the perfect size for a working traveler or a couple with a a nice bedroom and big living room/kitchen. The outside area is super cute and it’s close to the beach and the city. Great value for money!
But the real gem of the property is its owner. Fabio is helpful, sweet, and goes above and beyond what a host usually provides. You feel like you’re staying with family rather than a hotel ❤️❤️❤️

The Check-in with Fabio, he did a short tour through the city with us and showed us the most important things - that was really helpful! And Maurio, a local who was working with Fabio was really a good and very nice help! Thanks!
The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the windows made a lot of noises because of the wind. A cleaning service now and again would be nice (without charging ;))

location was good, 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, pubs, could hire e-scooter (suitable for rough terrene), very friendly staff providing good service
no sea view (just very little from the rooftop terrace), tv not working (both were originally advertised), no receptionist on late duty, ceiling ventilator broken

Excellent location, close to the beach and a few steps from the restaurants .. also located in a quiet area for a pleasant rest

The apartment is large and spacious, well finished. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, the water in the shower was hot

The location is perfect if you want to switch between the beach and nice restaurants.
Fabio gave me a tour through the town at my arrival. This was very nice and helped me know some nice coffee places, restaurants and facilities.
I felt the spirals through the matras. This could improve.

Fabio is a nice host, he gave a tour of the town when we arrived. Also a big bottle of water for free and the shower was hot.
The apartment wasn't very clean, most pans were dirty. Also, the apartment is located on the first floor right above a bar/discotheque where they host parties on Friday and Saturdays. The music was VERY LOUD until 2 pm. Fabio offered to pay the taxi to the ferry as an apology for the noise, but we still ended up paying the taxi ourselves.

The property is Very spacious myself and a friend stayed in a two bedroom apartment, Fabio and his partner we’re fabulous very friendly help us with anything we needed. I would recommend to stay here.
