We enjoyed every second of our vacation. The house is beautifully situated with easy beach access and breathtaking views of the Nantucket Sound. Very clean with all the amenities needed. We will be back!

Very comfortable home with lovely views and such easy access to beach. So many windows and cross breezes kept it very comfortable in the house.
Would gently recommend owner to check for status of offered supplies toward the middle of the summer season as we found that common items such as rubbish bags, tissues, and other such items were missing. These, of course, were easy for us to replenish on our own.
We would like to include our grandchildren next year and have been looking around other areas of the cape for a larger home - but this particular area just can’t be beat!

The house was a great place for the first family vacation we’ve had with our children and spouses and grandchildren. The location was great; near the ocean, near the clubhouse and close to the Popponesset marketplace and Inn. And the house was very nice with all wonderful amenities.

Great access to private beach. Very nice home but only one master suite so nice private bath and large bedroom limited to one bedroom. Linens towels and beach chairs appreciated

Nice house in a good location. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, it just needed to be opened up to let some air in.
Kitchen is nice and had most of what you need, but a few more updated pans would be helpful.

The house is lovely, comfortable, beautifully equipped and immaculately clean. However, the best part is the proximity to the water! The water views, ocean breezes and the sound of the waves - all these create a wonderful experience! We would love to stay forever….

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful beach house. The ocean views from the multiple decks were breathtaking. The home was clean and decorated tastefully. We were just steps from the beach but still close enough for a walk to the Marketplace. Paul touched base with us as soon as we checked in. He wanted to make sure everything was as expected and told us he was always available . We only wish we could have stayed two weeks, maybe next summer!

The house is as pictured, comfortable, clean, well stocked and has a nice layout. It is relaxing to hear the waves from the living room and primary suite. The proximity to beach and Poppy marketplace is ideal. The check in and out was easy.

Very comfortable for our needs, roomy, all the amenities you would need. The views from the upstairs bedroom suite are unbelievable. Nice neighbors , outstanding beach, quiet street .

Wonderful place to be! The house is beautiful, immaculate, extremely well equipped and amazingly comfortable!
However, the best part is walking only a few steps to be on the beach, having an ocean view from nearly every window and hearing the waves whenever a door or window is open!

Nicely renovated home with open floor plan and beautiful ocean views. Cannot beat the location! With 3 young children, the distance and access to the beach was key for both hauling all the gear and the frequent trips back to the house for bathroom, snacks and naps. The poppy market place and community center within walking distance is an added bonus. Great place to rent!

A perfect week in a perfect location. Home was beautiful and clean. Hoping they add a few mirrors as it was hard to only have one available in the 1st floor bathroom and a new mattress for first floor would be awesome! . We would love to stay again.

Great Christmas week!
This is the second time at this property and really enjoyed the house. Our only comment is that the front bedroom is very hot in summer and pretty cold in the winter.

Great Family Spot
We had a great time with our son and his family at this house. Steps to a gorgeous beach very safe for kids swimming. Water 70+degrees. House has everything you need. Would have preferred a stronger outside shower.

Great Location
The location is great, just steps from the beach, and our family enjoyed our stay. The owners did a great job of upgrading the kitchen and living area. The VRBO listing states the house is air conditioned. That is true for the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living area. However the three downstairs bedrooms are not air conditioned. This was only a problem the first night. After that the bedrooms were comfortable. If the owners plan additional changes I would recommend an upgrade to the beds - some were pretty hard, and a shade or blind on the upstairs bedroom door to keep the sun from waking us up so early. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Getaway!
The location is unbeatable. One house back from a great beach, and walking distance to the Marketplace. The views from the upstairs bedroom are fantastic, plus listening to the waves at night is so relaxing. The house has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. The deck and lawn offer great outdoor space

A wonderful property
This house has it all, a wonderful view of the ocean and just a few steps from the beach. The house is very comfortable with all the necessities to accommodate a family for the week, including a newly updated kitchen. The property is very clean and comfortable and I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy the great Popponesset experience.

Amazing Property
This worked out perfectly for our family. We had my parents, my mother-in-law and my two kids (7 and 3). The house was wonderful with enough space for all. Great amenities and location to the beach (just steps). The neighborhood was wonderful. Lots of kid friendly activities and the privacy was wonderful.
Working with the realty company was easy and they were quick to respond with all questions.
Highly recommend.

Fantastic location!
Our family of 5 spent a week at this lovely property in Popponesset and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, the beach was clean and never busy, the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The house was better than the photos with everything we needed. The kids loved sitting on the 2nd floor deck watching and listening to the waves.

Fabulous Location!
We had a wonderful weekend with our son's family and 2 granddaughters ages 4 & 5. This was our first time to Cape Cod, the location was great, we wanted something on the water and this was perfect. The house is shown perfectly in the pictures, it's not luxurious but we knew that going in so we weren't disappointed. Paul was great and immediately responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely come back should we have the chance!

Girls Weekend
The house worked perfectly for 4 girlfriends getting away for some fun and relaxation. The master bedroom was spectacular and we spent many hours on the deck enjoying the view. Although there is one house before the beach, we viewed the sun and moon rise out out ocean from the lower deck. The full moon made the weekend even more magical. The walk, both ways on the beach, offered fabulous views. The front yard is level and perfect for playing yard games. Overall, this house was perfect for our mini get away. Hope to be back next year.

Great Wedding Weekend
We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at the Popponesset Inn. We got ready in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Great room for pictures. It was perfect!!

Great Family Getaway during Covid
First family vacation in a long while with adult children and significant others. We barely left the premises. Very comfortable, spacious and so close to the beach ! It was all we needed to relax, cook, sun, swim and spend time together. It was a perfect get-a-way!

Location location location
The location of this home is unbeatable. Beautiful views, 30 seconds to the beach and a nice walk to popponesset marketplace. We loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves. The house needs some upgrades but we knew that going in. Overall it was very comfortable and we would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect location!
We have been coming to the Cape for years and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. Barefoot walk to the beach. Perfect for our kids (ages 4 & 7). The house was nice but like previous reviews could use some updating. That said it was a very relaxing spot that we would come back to.

Only a few steps to Popponesset Beach!
Being only one house away from a sandy beach with warm water and small waves was perfect for our three generations A dozen stairs down to the sand only slowed the grandkids down a little. The house was comfortable and welcoming. The spiral staircase to the the lovely master bedroom retreat is not for the faint of heart, but the view of the shimmering ocean was worth it. Being so close to the beach made it easy to run back to the house for bathroom breaks, snacks, and more beach gear. A truly stellar location!

Lovely Stay
We had a wonderful family stay. The location was just perfect for our young family, with the beach one minute walk away. The large front yard was ideal for the kids to play croquet and soccer in the late afternoons.
