They promised breakfast, but they dont have breakfast, they have kitchen with bread only.

Very comfortable, well furnished rooms, excellent facilities. Well organised check in process. Hotel was very informative about local attractions, restaraunts and transport.

Location was rather remote, in an area that was essentially completely closed down over the weekend. There was plenty of free public transport available however, that could get you into the city centre in 20-30 minutes so not a major issue.

the location is in industrial zone, far from Geneva city center, no close restaurants and supermarkets. about 40-50 min from cornavin by public transportation

I am grateful that breakfast as well the kitchen overall was accessible at any given time.

The morning cleaning crew was so loud and wouldn’t respect when I was sleeping in the AM due to my jet lag. Towels wouldn’t be changed often as needed rather when they feel like it. Each room should have access to the laundry room with a provided key. I wasn’t aware of the protocols to access and use the laundry room.

Very quiet especially on Saturday and helpful staff. Also the DIY breakfast in the kitchen provided lots of options.

The bed was not very comfortable for two people, and the location is not very convenient for access to the city as it is located far away in an industrial estate.

Good location in the industrial part of Plans-les-Ouates, as it is in walking distance to all offices and manufacturing sites.
