River Residence is located just next to the new Wellness Thermal bath and just a few steps away from Limmat, the river that crosses the city. One can enjoy a lovely walk along the river promenade and take advantage of the several cozy cafes and restaurants that are in walking distance from the apartment. Looking at the view from the apartment's balcony to the river and the nice buildings, one feels part of a movie scenery. The apartment itself is super comfortable, well designed and decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary -and not only- things. Marco -the host- is very friendly and helpful. He was available to anything we needed and -at the same time- discreet. The welcome strawberries and wine was a great offer/surprise to us.

Our host Marco could not have been more helpful and kind. We loved our stay and will definitely return and stay at the RIVER RESIDENCE again, next time we would love to try one of the rooms with a balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfy beds and there was a bonus 'laundry room' which we had access to. We were close enough to town to easily walk but quiet and away from road noise........all in all the "PERFECT STAY" Many thanks to Marco and his wonderful team! Steve & Hannah

Magnificent location at the border of the river. The neighborhood is very quit and beautiful nature around every where. Train station and shops at walking distance. The apartment looks like brand new. Very clean an well organized.

The location in the Spa area of Baden was great and a lovely walk along the river path to the centre of Baden. Useful to have use of the washing and services area and a lift to access the apartment on the 1st floor. The kitchen and the bathroom/shower area had everything we needed for our stay.

Internet reliability could be better.

Collecting the keys was seamless and very straight forward. Marco always kept in touch with us and was very accommodating. He was very attentive to all our needs and exceeded every request. We become great friends and are still in touch with Marco and his beautiful family. One thing for sure, River Residence will always be our go to spot when we visit Switzerland. Property is in a very good location to reach the town and the Spa. Marco was an excellent host and very fast responsive to anything we could need. Very nice experience
