Ruimte veel te klein, onpraktische bedden.
We waren maar met twee, ik zie niet in hoe je daar met 5 kan verblijven...Never again... Frigo deur blokkeerde, regen van de goot boven ons liep gewoon op ons terras..met bakken...terwijl het niet eens zo hard regende..

As a family of 5, we really appreciate it when hotels have rooms for 5, which avoids us having to book 2 separate rooms. It was clean and we had no problems accessing the room despite arriving after the time when the remote reception team are reachable. We only stayed overnight as a break on a long journey, and the room was suitable for this. It was great having a kitchen, with fridge, freezer, ability to make coffee... We were able to park just outside the property for free.
It was fine for a single night, but if we were staying longer, we would want a bit more space, especially as our children are older (the toilet is in the small bathroom, so it takes a while for everyone to get ready in the morning. The children's beds are opposite the bathroom, with only a small passage between them, which gets clogged up easily. There is no privacy when dressing unless you take turns in the bathroom). We could hear the sea, but we couldn't see it.

The apartment was very well equipped and the building and apartment was very clean. The service (via email and phone) was very friendly and efficient.

well laid out, clean tidy and all in the suitable place, great location just a 15 minute drive from the town centre as well as easy access to trams

clean and great location, pretty good space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Suite has all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
missing some storage space in the bathroom, maybe a coat hanger and lighting in the kitchen, and maybe a drying rack for wet towels …. but these are not things that would prevent me from coming back….

The apartment was really clean and well stocked. The location is great, just a short walk from the local bakery and bike hire, which is great for exploring the coast. The check in process was really clear and easy for access to the property. Really old location and would recommend for sure.
Perhaps too much furniture… had to stack chairs and the coffee tables to open up the sofa bed and leave out. I get that they are providing daytime furniture but it was a bit of an IKEA Tetris game making everything fit!

The apartment was close to the sea,really clean and in very good condition, big enough even for a family with three children. Parking was easy, the surroundings were very safe and quiet. I'd definitely recommend this place.
The bedroom was a little small but the bed was comfortable. Generally, everything was fine.

Location, playground, terrace. They have lots of plates, wine glasses and cups in the cupboard.
The tripled bed is for kids, not for adults.
No soap, shampoo, no cleaning utensils for kitchen such as gel. The mattresses are very bad. Towels are not included. There is no oil or sugar or salt in the kitchen. Also no tea bags or coffee, though there is a coffee machine and a kettle. So we had to go to the nearest shop and buy it.

Spotless kitchen, fully equipped, very practical.
Bonus, the room had also a separate, good size freezer, which I honestly did not expect to find.

"Handicap accessible/friendly" room situated farthest away from the lift - maybe not the brightest idea!!

The service is excellent. Two pillowcases were missing. I sent them an email about that because it was not that urgent. Within 15 minuts (!) someone was at the door to hand over two pillowcases.
We really enjoyed the place. The room was perfect for our family: a masterbed for mum and dad and a three person bed bunk for our three children. The dog could sleep in the living room.
It is almost not worth mentioning, but if I need to mention one thing, is that the bathroom is a bit small.

A nice cosy Apartment in walking distance to the beach.
It was very difficult to warm up the apartment even though the thermostat showed 25 degrees Celsius.

Very bad service. No towels no soap or showering gel. No toiletries provided. Room was small one for 4 people. Wifi was very slow and poor. No cleaning materials provided. No reception or people for support. Garbage was not cleared.
