Staff and management were very kind people and looked after us, no issue too difficult to solve. Food excellent and location spot on.

Perhaps a little ventilation in the restaurant when not able to eat on the sand (portable fan?)

My family was very pleased with this place. Kind and friendly staff and owner.

The fact that it is on the beachside is the only thing which kept us going.

There were ants, mosquitoes and other flies all over the room. Red ants were on the bed and my husband and I caught allergies. The food is not good, doesn’t even have many option.

Отличное место! Хозяин всегда на месте. Персонал очень внимательный, вежливый. Очень хорошее заботливое отношение к детям. Отличный пляж, вечером бегает много маленьких крабов. Пляж каждое утро чистят. Очень хорошая кухня. За время проживания в Шри-Ланке в разных локациях (более 3 недель) это самая лучшая кухня при гостинице! При гостинице есть свой тук-тук, что очень удобно – можно договориться заранее и съездить куда угодно. Его хозяин очень коммуникабельный, много всего знает, всегда предложит что-то интересное, поможет найти нужный магазин, договорится о скидке. Вообще вся территория гостиницы очень приятная, такая изолированная от внешнего мира. У нас был большой номер с двумя большими кроватями, прямо рядом с бассейном. Было очень удобно ходить в бассейн из номера. Хороший стабильный Wi-Fi. В бассейне очень теплая вода. Смело рекомендую как для пар так и для семьи с детьми.

The staff is dedicated to fulfilling every guest's desires, even accommodating unique requests like freshly roasted corn if you prefer it to boiled 😀 – a touch of personalized service that makes Janu's Paradise stand out. What sets this place apart is the hands-on approach of the owner, actively involved in both hotel and restaurant activities. This personal touch truly makes Janu's Paradise stand out positively from other hotels.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Moved from another guest house a couple of hundred metres away. This one was probably worse value for money [quite pricey for what it is] but it is still the one I would choose if I returned. Good room, quirky set up, nice restaurant. One obvious improvement would be putting fridges in the rooms.

Nothing really it was a pleasant stay. Perhaps a tad expensive for a modest guest house. Fridges please.
