Good location right next to the bus terminal which was very handy for us (be aware that it can be a bit noisy). Comfortable bed and hot shower, daily cleaning. The night receptionist was hilarious 😀

I met the famous Alejandro. So helpful and friendly and everything I read in the other reviews about him are so true. Very helpful and kind. I think they could use a booster for Wi-Fi,The restaurant close is serving up some good food. I enjoyed my stay as well as the location is so central. Our room had such a beautiful view .. I had real difficulty keeping and maintaining the Wi-Fi signal, which can be frustrating because I also needed it for my online business of course!!

We really liked the staff, they were really friendly and helpful, they sent somebody to the bust station to meet us and that was very nice of them, they were willing to help us out with any requests we have. The room with the view towards the mountains. The location was the best, perfect and conviniened for all the travelles because it's 1 block from the terminal, close to everything. I feel very safe there, privacy and not noise.

We never got to connect to the wifi, which I think was the biggest issue, they tried to help us but it was probably a tech issue. The small light that's next to the bed didn't work, it would've been easier for us to turn it off from the bed, the bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't properly screwe, and the shower took a little while to get hot water.

Good staff, quiet place

Vero was an excellent receptionist. She was caring and took care of all our needs. Very punctual and collaborative. The commitment to guarantee our tours was superb. We´re glad we booked in there.

The menu at the restaurant is not varied. You find the same things every day, at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. The good thing is that breakfast was included in the price and the opening and closing times are enough to meet everyone´s needs. I have to say, however, that the excellent location of the hotel helps you find other good restaurants nearby.
