Logement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Propre et idéalement situé. Le propriétaire était très disponible malgré notre arrivée tardive. Merci encore !

La pulizia. È stato un vero peccato notare che l’appartamento (ben arredato) era davvero sporco. La doccia sporca, il piumone utilizzato per il divano sporco, le lenzuola bucate, le ragnatela sulle tende, le asciugamani piccole e sporche e tante altre cose che ci hanno portato a valutare questa casa con un punteggio davvero basso. È un peccato. Se solo fosse pulita potrebbe acquistare tanto valore.

Able to park outside property to unload bags and paying parking is very nearby. View from window is lovely and facilities generally good. Central location is very convenient for getting into town and walking by the river. A really nice touch that booking fee included croissant and baguette to pick up from local boulangerie and a selection of jams.

Some areas of what was obviously once a chic apartment now are more shabby-chic. Unfortunately the first impression on entering the living room was the number of flies hovering around. The freezer compartment of the fridge was iced up and the door broken so it fell off when I tried to open it. The holder for the shower head was also broken and the shower and taps rather tarnished. It was a very hot day (and night) and there is no air conditioning so a fan would be useful. The disadvantage of the central location is that, especially with the windows open, it is noisy , especially late at night and on this occasion, starting with a very noisy bunch of young men blaring out loud music through their car stereo parked opposite at 6 am, on a Sunday. There were some items missing from what was said to be provided for breakfast.

Was very dusty and dirty. There was a pile of dirt on the corner which looked like it had been swept there and just left. We had real trouble getting into the property as the wooden door and key would not work well. Second bed is a futon which is so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. Uneven stone stairs aren’t the safest for kids/elderly or people with mobility issues.

It's a different experience, bakery is super.

Late check-in

We just LOVED everything! The apartment had all the comfort of a home. Felt right away welcome. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and bars around. Parking just a few minutes by foot. Great little "boulangerie" where we got to pick some pastries and bread for breakfast (included in the price of the room). Spacious, great design, clean... TOP 😎👍🏼👌🏼

Not a complaint but just a little note, the apartment is on a first floor, the stairs are in stone and not even (as it is an ancient building) I went with an elderly person and the stairs were a little bit challenging. Just to consider.

Clear instructions before we arrived how to get in. It worked :)
